Assalamu alaikum Everyone. I am @imranhassan From #Bangladesh**

How are you all? I hope everyone is well and healthy by the grace of God. Today I will show you how to repair a mini IPS made with a 12-volt battery charger.

A few days ago, a person bought a 95-ampere dry acid battery and bought a separate charger. And with that charger, that person used to charge the battery and manually run the fan and manually run the lamp. One day, that person asked me if I could make this system for him as a technician, and then I agreed to his system.

The system is being built, and a mini IPS should be made. With this charger, he will run the autocut fan and lamp through it, and the battery will be charged automatically. When there is a load, the fan lamp will not run. When there is no load, the fan lamp will run. So I did this through two relays, and the power supply that was in this relay was damaged, due to which it was not charging, and the fan and lamp were not taking output.

So here I have seen step by step how I worked here. First, I changed the power supply and connected it to two relays. You may know how a relay operates. A relay has five pins; two pins have positive voltage and negative voltage, and the middle pin works as a switch, and the output is taken through the two pins in front.

Here is the diagram image.

Here is a diagram of how the 220-volt input voltage went to the charger through switching and went to a small power supply to run the relay, and with that small power supply two relays are being controlled: one is charging the battery, and the other is controlling the fan and light. And if you watch the video, you will understand how I changed the power supply and made the two relays reusable and how I made a complete IPS from a charger and made an autocut system.

My last words

Here, the power supply through which the relay is being controlled is damaged, so the battery was not charging and the output was not being taken because the battery is charged through one power supply and another relay keeps the output line off. When the charger is turned off again, the battery charging relay line is turned off and the normally open relay, when the power is off, turns on, and the output continues.

And what percentage should I give when giving the beneficiary and is it okay to give 10% and will I use this @speem account when giving the beneficiary?

Don't worry! When you use speem the beneficiary is set on auto unless you remove it.
