Ladies With A Sadden Face Over Demise
There is this situation in Nigeria that have become alarming. Maybe it's not too serious, but how will people be dancing in the burial ground? Is it the happiness that different meals are cooked, or do they have any gain in doing this? To some there is no gain, but it has gradually become accustomed and has become a culture. Actually, the video I have below is the reason behind my questioning people who dance on burial grounds; it's a time for mourning, so why intertwine it with celebration?

Me And Some Of My Neighbors
On this very day our landlord's family was to lay him to rest. We all heard of the demise of our landlord, and now it is time to give him his last respect. In this family compound, every son is a landlord, so each room/partition is not likely to fall in the ownership of one person. For my room, the man laid to rest on this day was my landlord, and I am obliged to be here; it's normal though.

He was actually a young man of 40 years and above, sadly, leaving young children behind to face their fate or what life without a father has for them. Very pathetic. Sometimes I feel like I would be a superhero for many who have faced a lot lately, but life actually happens all of a sudden, and we can't change anything.
There are few things I need to say about my landlord, since this was a family compound in a clearer term: his father's compound. So he doesn't reside here but somewhere very close; he and his brothers rent every single room to people, most especially students, to stay in this student environment. He was a very humble man, jovial, and a man of not too many words and very considerate. This is one thing I love him for; may his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
The video below is a spoken word coined to acknowledge life

✦ Hello my dear friend
#play
Thanks brother, did you watch the video, What did you derive from it?
I learned a lot from reading your post. From dancing in graveyards to eating food, I gained a lot of insight into the culture of your country.
👍🏻Do you thing it's right to dance on burial grounds?
According to our country's culture, this is definitely wrong. Since a person has died, everyone is in mourning. Therefore, this kind of dance should not be done.
Wow, see you have a culture which doesn't permit this, it was done so here, where a time for mourning is for mourning but obviously things changed, I now see people dancing in burial grounds which is very disheartening
