Today I will share with you the ingredients for making coconut cake. I make all these wonderful and interesting dishes or cakes in my free time. I always try to come up with something new in front of you, that is, on the Steemit platform. Now I have presented all the steps for making my coconut cake.

The ingredients needed to make my coconut cake.

- Sugar
- Salt
- Glue
- Oil
First I picked up two coconuts with the help of a crane. And then I took the coconuts in a pan. And then I took a little salt and two coconut-sized sugar. And then I lit the stove and slowly roasted the coconuts very nicely. I roasted the coconuts until they turned light brown.

And then salt as much as one kilogram of flour. And then warm water as much as necessary. Mix all these together to make a nice dough. And then I made it into a round shape like making bread from the dough.
And then I made a very big loaf of bread. And then I cut it into rounds with the help of a mold. I made each one very nicely.
And then I put a little bit of the previously fried coconut filling in the middle of the round lechi. And you can understand how much filling needs to be put in the middle by looking at the picture below.

Then I designed the pitha by twisting it from one corner. I made several pitha in the same way.
And then I put quite a lot of oil in a pan on the gas stove again. And when the oil is slightly hot, I will drop many pitha into the oil at once. And slowly stir with a very light net and when it turns brown, take out the pithas. The pithas are as beautiful to look at as they are to eat.


Following the above 6 steps, I have made today's wonderful and delicious pitha. I have made this pitha with some ingredients available at home. Any handmade pitha or any food is made very cleanly, so small children can eat these foods and they do not have any problems. That is why we will try to make it at home instead of buying anything from outside. These pithas can be kept at home for two-three days and eaten. You can try making the pitha at your home. You will all like this wonderful pitha. And this pitha is also very delicious to eat.
