Hamza Toy House is located in Railbazar Monohari Patti in Saidpur Upazila of Nilphamari District. Monohari Patti is located in the side lane of Zikrul Road. To go here, if you come by train, get off at the railway station in Saidpur and take a rickshaw and ask for Railbazar Monohari Patti. Any rickshaw driver will take you for only 10 taka. If you come by bus, get off at the Saidpur bus terminal and ask for Railbazar Monohari Patti. The rickshaw driver will take you for 20 taka.

A brief history of the shop, Founder, established period, if there is any communication medium.

This shop was located in Saidpur Monohari Patti when the Rail Bazaar was established after independence. The name of the Bangladeshi owner of this shop is Rafiqul Islam. He got this business by birth. His father was a Bangladeshi from faraway Pakistan in 1971. They are from the Bihari community, they still speak Urdu.Most of the people of Saidpur are Urdu speaking and they are more attracted towards business. Saidpur is called an industrial city because the people of Saidpur have chosen business as a means of earning a living.

Their store offers wholesale sales. People come from far and wide to buy toys wholesale and sell them retail. They are wholesalers. Their store has two employees. They only supply wholesale goods. You have to buy a dozen goods here, but you can also buy two of your choice.They have a huge warehouse full of children's toys. Their employees pack the wholesale goods from the warehouse and deliver them to the retailers. This is the employees' job.

What are the facilities like? Environment, security, electricity, etc.

This shop has the following facilities: The shop sells toys wholesale at a very limited profit, and this shop is monitored by CCTV cameras. All shops are monitored by CCTV cameras for security reasons. And since the shop is inside the Manohari Patti, there is a constant power supply.

This market is guarded by night guards at night and has plenty of light and air. The lighting system of the shop is very nice and there is a constant power supply. If the power ever goes out, there is a generator.

They provide very good customer service. They show all the toys to the customers with humility, they sell the products according to the customers' preferences.They don't bargain with customers. They sell toys to customers at wholesale rates. I and all the customers are very satisfied with their service. That's why they sell more, even though the profit is small, the sales are high.

I bought a toy for my child from the store. I bought a car for my child because my child likes cars very much. I paid in cash. The cars here seemed very good to me, so I bought a car. However, the store has a system for paying bills through bKash and Nagad app.
