The Diary Game - March 20, 2026 - A Chilly March Day & The Final Iftar: Welcoming Eid with Gratitude

Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. Today is the last day of the month of Ramadan, and on the last day, I woke up at dawn for Suhoor. The first thing I did was to eat Suhoor, and then I prayed Fajr. When I returned after praying, I saw a lot of fog, even though it had been very hot in the past few days. Suddenly, it rained, and cold winds blew, making the weather very cold, and today it felt like December.

The day was just beginning, and it was a little dark, due to which the view was not very good. I went home, after coming home, I rested for a while, and after a while I went out again so that I could feel this March day which has become a December day. When I came out, there was a lot of fog. The weather was very beautiful. There was a cool breeze blowing everywhere. Birds were chirping, and everything looked very fresh. Seeing the greenery in the morning gives peace of mind anyway.

Today was a very special day anyway because there was fog, everything was fresh, a cool breeze was blowing, and birds were chirping, which made me feel very cold on a March day where it is very hot, and I thanked Allah Almighty for allowing us to see such a cold day even in the heat.

After taking some photos of the fog, I returned home. After returning home, I rested for about two hours so that I could catch up on my sleep. When I get up, I feel restless all day. When I wake up, I head towards the market because I have to buy some things in the market. The next day is Eid, so I will complete all my shopping today so that I can enjoy Eid to the fullest.

First of all, I went to Meezan Bank, where I wanted to withdraw some money from the ATM. When I reached there, there was a long line because everyone wanted to enjoy Eid, so everyone was withdrawing their money and shopping. So I also had to wait there for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then it was my turn. I withdrew the money from there and reached the market.

First of all, I went to the market, to a shoe center, from there I wanted to buy a slipper for my brother, so I went to the Ittehad shoe center and bought the slipper from there. After buying the slipper, I left there again and headed to the other side of the market, where there are grocery stores. I also wanted to buy some goods from there.

There was a lot of rush in the market because the next day was Eid, and everyone was trying to complete all their shopping today so that they could enjoy Eid the next day. That's why there was a lot of rush in the market. I also went to the grocery store and bought some of my things. After buying the things, I then moved towards the fruit.

There was already some fruit at home, and today was the last iftar, so we had to enjoy it to the fullest, so the only thing missing was a melon at home. I went to the market and bought a melon there.

Today, the price of every fruit is quite high due to Ramadan. As soon as Ramadan ends, both of these two things will become cheaper because everyone wants their own benefit. So today, I bought a melon from here. After buying the melon, I wanted to buy some onions. For this, I went to an onion seller and bought two kilos of onions from them. After buying the onions, all my shopping here was complete. I headed towards my home.

Thus, I prayed Zuhr in the afternoon, rested for a while after praying, and after resting, I went to the barber shop because it was Eid morning, so the first thing I would do was get my hair cut. Wherever I go, there is a lot of rush these days, so I had to wait for a while. After waiting for a while, it was my turn, and I got my hair cut from there.

After getting my haircut, I got a massage from them. After getting my hair massaged, I got my hair colored. After getting my hair colored, I came home and waited for 15 to 20 minutes so that the color could be absorbed well into my hair. After that, I took a shower again and freshened up.

Thus, it was time for the afternoon prayer. I went to the mosque and offered the afternoon prayer and thanked Allah for allowing us to fast and pray throughout Ramadan. After a short while, it was time for iftar. The whole family prepared and had iftar and set the table.

This is the last Iftar of Ramadan. Today, we are saying goodbye to this month of Ramadan and thanking Allah for allowing us to fast the entire month of Ramadan with joy and humility. We pray that the coming days will be better for us in the same way and that we continue to worship in the same way, keep the mosques clean, and continue to praise and glorify Allah, just as we broke our Iftar and said goodbye to the month of Ramadan.

The Shawwal moon had been sighted because it had been 30 full days. After 30 days of fasting, Eid is necessarily celebrated the next day. We cannot fast for 31 days. After Maghrib prayer, we also saw the moon, and after seeing the moon, we started our preparations for Eid.

We completed all the things for Eid that were to be used in the morning meal, including some cold drinks, pina, etc. After buying all these things, I reached Harappa station and enjoyed soup there with my friends and my brother.

Earlier, we didn't have enough time to enjoy anything outside because after offering Isha prayers, we also had to offer Taraweeh. Today was a day before Taraweeh, so we got some time to go out, do some shopping, and enjoy soup, and that's how we ended our day.
