Well, these particular spicy noodles with boiled eggs were prepared this morning for my younger sister. She loves her noodles dry, loaded with pepper, and served with eggs. I, on the other hand, prefer my noodles completely different. I love it super watery, light, and piping hot, almost like a bowl of pepper soup.

I woke up this morning and a rain was falling, so there was a very cold atmosphere. With the weather feeling so chilly, my sister and I decided to go for a quick, soft breakfast instead of anything heavy. Noodles felt like the perfect choice to warm up the body.

Both batches turned out really well! My sister’s plate looked picture-perfect, which is why it made it to the photo.

I didn't take a picture of my own bowl because it wasn't exactly aesthetically pleasing. It looked like what only my eye should see 😂😂💔. Just a quick, watery bowl of spicy noodles without eggs.
