Now it is winter season but we eat different types of pitha and especially Dhupi pitha is very fun to eat and especially this Dhupi pitha is available to buy in the market. Dhupi pitha is a very favorite food of people. It is seen in every market ghat and small ones many times. There are small markets in the village but it is also sold there. Because this Dhupi pitha is so favorite. This pitha is very good for the human body but it does not cause any harm to any gas. That is why this food has become very favorite for people.

In our city, a little away from the road, a saree is closed. There are various types of shops there. They are busy making Gopi Pitha because there are a lot of people there because people gather in a lot of crowds in this winter to eat this pita. Two stoves are being used to make this Dhupi Pitha because the only reason for making it in two stoves is because there is always a lot of crowd, so if you make two, it will be convenient to feed a lot of people. You can see in the picture that here too many people are waiting in a queue to eat Dhupi Pitha.

I like this Dhupi Bhita very much. But every year, when this winter season comes, I eat food. I like it very much. And this Dhupi Pitha is made with rice flour. Here a Murbbhi man is seen. Here the flour is being stirred well with his hands. This will help it to stick together better while making Dhupi. While making this Dhupi Pitha, if you add a little jaggery and coconut flakes, it will be even better. This makes it very tasty here. The shop I ate at had jaggery and coconut, in fact, it is really amazing, this pitha is being made here.

Here too, only the Dhupita is being made. But not only that, another pitha is being made here. The pitha has several types of fillings. But it can be eaten here with that filling too. Here you can see that there are small holes. Inside this pitha, the sparrow pitha is being made. I have shared the picture with you.
