DIARY GAME —Building of 12v Sound Amplifier Using a TDA7377 Sound IC, Resistors, Ziner diode and Capacitors |24|11|2025|
Staying idle yields nothing.
This day, I had nothing much to do, so I decided to build a 12 volt sound amplifier.
This was just so I can have it handy , Incase I needed it.
The arrangements was topnotch.....
It's been long I did something so decent as it it.
I took time on this one.
First of all , the IC TDA7377 cost about 10 steem, ingot one of it.
Then the capacitors I used , cost about 3 steems for all of them.
There were three of them.
The ceramic capacitor which is green in color cost 1 steem and it's just one of it I used.
The Vero board, I have it in a large size, I bought it some time ago , I can't see to remember how much it cost.
So, each time I want to work with it, I just cut a little and use.
The heat zinc was removed from one of my old and damaged motherboards, that's the only thing I didn't buy.
You can calculate how much everything cost.
Actually I'm giving the steem equivalents in naira.
First of all, I socket my IC in a suitable position.
Precisely top at the centre of the board.
After that, I socket my resistors and capacitors.
Then I lead them tightly to the Vero board. And linked the wires for the speaker output, two channels, signals input two channels as well. But I link them both.
Then the earth and live for the 12 volt power supply...
I screwed the heat zinc to the IC
And that was all done.
The I used my phone to play music from it to confirm if it was working.
It was all good.
Thank you for reading through....
