SLC29-W1 | Fast Food Recipe : Fuchka-Chatpati Recipe

I am @boishakhi123, a member of the Steemit platform. I joined this platform to share my feelings and likes with this platform. Today I came up with a recipe post.
First of all, thank you for organizing the competition. I am very happy to have the opportunity to make another recipe. And I am very happy to share it with you very soon. I sometimes make the recipe but today I made it in a different way. The main ingredients used here to make it were not in my house. That is why I collected them and then made it. If we have these ingredients at home, we can easily make it. And eating it will not have any bad effects on our body. Because we make these at home.

| Boiled dabri boot | 1/2 cup |
| Cucumber | 1 piece |
| Boiled egg | 1 piece |
| Tamarind juice | 3/4 cup |
| Dried chili | 4 pieces |
| Onion | 1/4 cup |
| Green chili | 4 pieces |
| Coriander leaves, chopped | 1/4 cup |
| Hot spices | 1 tbsp |
First, I heated a little oil in a pan. When the oil was hot enough, I added the fuchka and stirred it around. I fried it until it was slightly brown.
I made one or two batches of each of the fuchkas. It took a while to make these fuchkas. Then I mashed the boiled potatoes with my hands.
Now I added chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, green chilies, and chili powder to the potatoes.
Now, I first mixed the dried chilies and salt well with my hands. Then, I added them to the potatoes and mixed all the ingredients well with the potatoes.
Then I added the boiled beans and mixed them in lightly.
Now, I made a small hole in the middle of a fuchka and added the light mixture to it. I added a little more light mixture here. Since the fuchkas are small, I made about 15 to 20 fuchkas with more potatoes.
Now to make the sourdough, I soaked the tamarind for about an hour or two and separated the juice from it. Then I mixed the tamarind water with sugar and chili powder well. In this way, I made the sourdough for the fuchka.
Now I added a little bit of sour cream to the fuchkas. Then I added grated cucumber and grated egg on top of the fuchkas. This is how I made today's delicious fuchkas.

I don't like outside fuchka or chatti. Why do these fuchka and chatti are made on the streets, as a result, dust from outside falls on these foods. That's why they can be eaten and become healthy. That's why I have made the recipe at home many times. But sometimes in this recipe I use double boot with potatoes. This time I have made it by following your recipe in a slightly different way. And the ingredients I used in the recipe made the recipe a lot of fun to eat. I feel satisfied with making this recipe. I want to eat it again now. And everyone in my house liked it.
