For this task, I decided to go with the mindfulness meditation practice, and it was stated that it should be at least 5 minutes long. So I endured because meditation isn't something you should rush about or on. I did this meditation in my parlor in a comfortable place and position without distractions or situations that would prompt me to open my eyes.
It's been a long time since I had a committed meditation like this. I closed my mind and ensured that I focused on my breathing. I did have distractions along the line, no doubt, but anytime these distractions came, I tried to change my focus by looking into my mind and then swiftly shifting it to my breathing. I counted in my mind so that I would be more focused.
After the 5 minutes of mindful meditation, I discovered that my perplexed thoughts ceased. It was effective for me in that my mind and body were connected, and in a way, it helped lag the stress I was feeling up there. I think if I can do this every day, it will really help curb the problem of migraine, negative thoughts, and depression.
I think of a lot of things every day, and my mental health is stressed. In just 5 minutes, it was more effective than sleeping for hours. Why? Because I was in control of my mind and thoughts.
There were a few other benefits aside from these. Mindful meditation helps improve one's memory. Most people work so hard that they tend to forget this because their brain is stressed to the point that it can no longer store information. It also helps remove negative thoughts and feelings, which may lead to depression.
It helps in focus and boosts one's mood at the same time, like it did mine. For 5 good minutes, I thought of nothing negative. I think crypto traders need this more, and it reduces blood pressure.

I love singing, and anytime I'm stressed physically or mentally, I play emotional songs, which are soothing to my body and mind. Playing and listening to it doesn't do the work. I'll need to sing alongside the artist, just like being in a reader's mind. This video shows my raw talent and me singing alongside the artist. My voice heals me and brings relief from stress.
There will be a short story, read the story and express your own feelings. |

Three characters are involved here, and they all made mistakes. This is more like a typical Nigerian home. This has happened in 50% of families around the world. The parents kept blaming themselves, which affected the emotional health of Sneha, and it was known that their problem of burden was Sneha. They ignored her feelings and put her in an emotionally distressed state, a regretful life, and a life of pain.
They would have taken responsibility and provided emotional support. No child is perfect, but you can't deny your responsibility. Consistent love and the feelings of being wanted despite the defect were what they would have shouldered her with. No child needs to pass through such verbal neglect or abuse.
Sneha, on her part, acted rashly. Attempting murder because you're not loved or you're not wanted won't be a solution. I know she passed through a lot of emotional things and trauma, but that wasn't the best decision. She would have talked to a trusted friend or, if possible, told her parents she didn't like the negativities and they were affecting her. They would have listened.
The grandmother, before she died, would have addressed the situation. At that point, it was unnecessary to tell Sneha about such. If she wanted to tell, she would have looked for a solution to Sneha's negative reaction. Parents should always be alert to their children's emotional and physical health at all times, even if it means making sacrifices.
