Stress is heavy, but relief is very simple and easy.

Task 1.

How I did Deep breathing exercises 4-4-4 Step by Step

  • I sat well in a calm place,my back straight, and i close my eye a little so that I will focus.

  • I inhale for 4 seconds, slow slow through my nose.

  • I hold it inside for 4 seconds, I didn't rush. - I exhale for 4 seconds very gently.

  • After each round, I pause like 5 seconds to make my body reset.

  • I did it 8 sets. By set 4, I begin to feel calm. By set 8, my body was much lighter, and my mind was clear.

🔥 What I Felt for Real

  • My head was calm and free from the little headache I got.

  • My Heartbeat was steady, it didn't jump up and down like before.

  • My Focus was clear, I can reason much better.

  • And my body was relaxing, my shoulder wasn't tight again.

🌟 Benefits Which I Notice

  • It helps to reduce stress and anxiety.

  • It help in concentration, you can really focus on what is important.

  • It improve how you do breathe, and lungs will open well.

  • It balance emotions, you won't be angry anyhow.

  • If you do it before you sleep, it will help you to rest much better.

  • It's a good tool to use when life is really frustrating, because it will surely reset the mind.

Task 2

Story: The Weight of Anger

1000175654.jpg

Daniel is a young man which stays and hustle in the city. He is a guy, full of ambition, but his temper is always quick to rise. Anytime things didn't go as he plan, he will be very angry, even quarrel with his friends. People begin to say that, “Daniel knows how to work, but his head is too hot.”

One day after meeting which ends because of him shouting at others, Mr David—his mentor—call him. “My boy, let's climb rooftop this evening. I want to show you something.”

At the rooftop, Mr David give Daniel one glass of water. “Hold it steady,” he said.

At first Daniel was laughing. “Its a small thing my boss.” But as minutes was passing, his hand begin to shake, as if the glass was heavy. Sweat was showing on his forehead. He shouted, “Boss, why is this glass so heavy like this?”

Mr David smile. “The weight hasn't change, but the longer you hold it, the heavier it will be. Anger is the same. If you carry it for too long, it will break you. Drop it, and you'll be free.”

Daniel was quiet and on thoughts. He remember the problem and stress which his anger have cause—friends which didn't call him again, colleagues which are avoiding him. He put the glass down gently. “I have heard you, sir.”

Daniel begin to change. When problems come, he will breathe first before he talk just to relieve the stress. When people provoke him, he will smile instead of shouting. Weeks later, everybody notice that Daniel have calm. He realize that true strength is not always noise, but control from any sort of stress .

Lesson Learned

  • Truly anger is always heavy in the heart if you surely hold it for long.

  • Therefore Peace is not a weakness to human; it's a real power.

  • To let go do make life light and sweet.

  • Calm mind do earn respect more than hot temper.

Task 3

Mistakes and What They Should Have Done

  • Parents

    • Mistake: Thier quarrel, blaming each other everyday and neglecting Sneha.
    • What they should have done: Show unity in the house, give Sneha love, and protect her mental health too.
  • Sneha

    • Mistake: She keeps all pain inside and choose suicide as escape.

    • What she should have done: Speak out to others with and look for help, trust someone with her feelings.

  • Family Members

    • Mistake: They mock and neglect her because of her condition.
    • What they should have done: Accept her, encourage her, treat her with respect like every other child.
  • Father (at the end)

    • Mistake: He only notice her pain when crisis happens.
    • What he should have done: Pay much attention earlier, listen to her, and be present before things reach the breaking point.

My Thoughts

Clearly neglecting and family conflict can surely damage children mindset. Sneha needed love, respect, and care. Parents suppose to understand that their fight do affect their child more than they know. So let's be informed that silence and bullying can kill hope, but kindness can save me many lives.
