I hope you are all well and healthy by the grace of Allah Almighty. Today, I am taking you on a brand new exploration to the famous 'Esquire Electronics' showroom located at Garib-e-Newaz Avenue, Sector 11, Uttara, Dhaka. This renowned company, which has been serving the consumer electronics and retail sector of Bangladesh with great trust, reputation and honesty for more than five decades, is the main focus of my visit today. As a curious explorer, I will share with you my real experience and detailed observations about the interior environment, customer service and their collection of premium electronics products of this modern showroom in today's blog.

​Today I visited the showroom of 'Esquire Electronics' located at Sector 11, Garib-e-Newaz Avenue, Uttara from the 'Electronics Store' category. Esquire Electronics is a very respected, traditional and trusted name in the electronics sector of Bangladesh. Their business journey started very humbly in 1974 with just one showroom. Today, after more than five decades, they are successfully operating more than 45 showrooms all over Bangladesh, out of which we have two special showrooms in Uttara. Although the main signboard of the showroom mainly has the names of the brands 'General' and 'Sharp' written on it, they are mainly displaying products and providing perfect service as the official distributor of world-leading brands of home appliances including world-famous Haier, Panasonic, Whirlpool, Beko, Morphy Richards and Samsung.

Upon entering the showroom, I was greeted by a neat and modern information desk. The large Sharp brand banner on the wall behind the desk made the showroom environment more attractive. The manager welcomed me with a big smile and happily agreed to provide detailed information about each product.

A rack in the showroom has rows of microwave ovens arranged. Ovens of 20 to 32 liter capacity are available from Panasonic, Whirlpool, Sharp, Samsung brands. The price tag is clearly displayed on each product, which helps in shopping without any kind of haggling. Each product has an official warranty.

A huge collection of Fridge and Deep Freezers has been kept in the showroom in view of the upcoming Eid-ul-Adha. Sharp, Hitachi, Samsung, Multi Freezer, Haier and Danaaz brands have different capacities of fridge and freezers available. These colorful freezers are very effective for preserving meat and food. Here, refrigerators and deep freezers of all sizes from small to large are available at reasonable prices with official warranty. All products are provided by Square Electronics Home Service. As a result, customers get all the services with pleasure.

Also arranged on small racks is a large collection of blenders, juicers, mixer grinders, rice cookers and pressure cookers. These products, from various models of Morphy Richards, Philips, Panasonic, make the modern kitchen easier and smarter.

Established in 1974, this well-known company has become a genuine symbol of the trust and confidence of the people of Bangladesh for more than 52 years, which is truly commendable. The vast network and the perfect path of more than 45 showrooms controlled from their head office (Esquire Tower, 21 Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Sarani, Tejgaon I/A) in Tejgaon, Dhaka prove that it is possible to achieve long-term success in business if there is a commitment to product quality and honesty. Moreover, this showroom is also quite customer-friendly in terms of payment facilities; in addition to easily accepting cash, debit/credit cards and mobile banking (BKash, Nagad) payments, it also offers 0% EMI facility on credit cards of various leading banks, which makes it much easier for middle-class families to buy premium home appliances in a budget-friendly way.
