Training session for our new Sales Advisers at Best Electronics,Uttara.

As part of my regular duties as Branch Head, I conducted a training session with our new sales staff at the Uttara, Dhaka showroom today. We focused on the premium Hitachi 4-Door Refrigerator. I am very impressed with the quick learning ability and enthusiasm of these new team members. I am confident that they will be able to properly present to our customers why this refrigerator is different and better than other models.

The Hitachi Short History

Hitachi is a world famous Japanese brand, they are a company that is almost 100 years old. They are coming to the Bengali market through Meghnam Electronics. These refrigerators are manufactured in Thailand. But marketing in Bangladesh is conducted from Singapore. In 2016, I had the privilege of visiting the Hitachi factory in Thailand, which gave me a deep understanding of their production excellence. To be honest, this was the first factory visit of an international brand. From here, I get a lot of confidence about this company because production quality, product quality, factory environment are excellent.
