#SEC-30W4: Family Bonding Activities || Arts & Crafts!
We chose Arts & Crafts because it allows for full family involvement. From the eldest to the youngest, everyone can contribute. It brings out our hidden creativity and results in beautiful handmade decor for our home. My daughters especially loves playing with colors and paper, so this was the perfect choice to keep her engaged and happy.
To make our crafts, we gathered a few simple items, most of which were already available at home:
| Materials Name | Colorful craft papers,Old Paper,Glue and Scissor,Bobbin and Pencil,Art pens. |

Step-1: Creating the Mini Paper Shelf
Following my own idea, we decided to make a small four-layer shelf. We used recycled paper to fold and create three sturdy tiers. Then, we made four paper pillars to hold the structure together. It took some time and patience, but the final result was a functional mini shelf.

Step-2: Making Colorful Paper Flowers
This was the most enjoyed part for the ladies in the house my wife and my two daughters. They took bright colored papers and crafted small individual flowers. By joining three small flowers together, they created large, vibrant floral designs. They made several of these to decorate the wall.

Step-3: Folding a Paper Boat & Wall Mat
I joined in by revisiting some sweet childhood memories. I folded a fresh sheet of paper to create a classic paper boat. Additionally, we folded another paper multiple times and used scissors to cut intricate patterns, resulting in a beautiful floral wall mat design.

Step-4: The Final Assembly
Finally, we brought all the pieces together. We used the glue and thread to hang the flowers and fix the crafts onto our room's wall. The combination of the shelf, the boat, and the colorful flowers completely transformed the look of the corner.
The cost of this project was very minimal as we used recycled materials.

| Colored Paper | 40 BDT | 5 STEEM |
| Glue | 30 BDT | 3.75 STEEM |
| Recycled Paper/Tools | Already at home | 0.00 STEEM |

Challenges and How We Overcame Them
The biggest challenge was time management. Between my job, the children's studies, and my wife's household chores, finding a moment where everyone was free was difficult. To solve this, we decided to work on it together late in the evening.another "cute" challenge was my 19-month-old son. He was very curious and kept trying to mess up the papers and tools! To manage him, we gave my younger daughter the "special duty" of keeping him entertained while the rest of us finished the delicate cutting and gluing.

Benefits and Enjoyment
The primary benefit was mental refreshment. Remember about childhood stories while working together brought us closer. It also enhanced the beauty of our home.
While we all it, the youngest children enjoyed it the most. Seeing their room decorated with things they helped make brought huge smiles to their faces. As they say, all the happiness in the world is found in a child's laughter.
