In today's exploration, I am taking you to the Motijheel branch of 'Best Electronics', one of the leading electronics chains in Bangladesh, located in Motijheel, the commercial area of ​​Dhaka. Decorated with attractive branding in orange, white and black, this showroom shows that this is not an ordinary shop, it is a place for a complete electronics experience.

✔ What kind of Small Business shop have you visited? Briefly introduce yourself.

Today I visited the branch of Best Electronics Ltd. located in Motijheel from the Electronics Store category. Best Electronics is a very dynamic and ambitious organization in the electronics sector of Bangladesh. They started their journey with 4 showrooms in January 2013. In just 12 years, today they are operating more than 68 of their own outlets all over Bangladesh, which is truly a remarkable business success story.
The chairman of this company, Mr. Syed Asaduzzaman, is an experienced entrepreneur involved in the electronics business for a long time. He started his career as a Branch Manager of Singer Bangladesh in 1986 and became the exclusive distributor of LG Electronics as a co-founder of Butterfly Marketing Limited in 1987. Currently, the company is being managed by Mr. Syed Tahmid Zaman Rashiq, who has completed his PhD from London and is taking this company to new heights. Today, I will explore the Motijheel branch in detail among the 68 showrooms.

✔ How were the activities, services and facilities at this place? (With pictures + prices, videos)

As soon as I entered the showroom, I saw a bright orange, white and black information desk. The staff working at the desk wore orange T-shirt uniforms and were always engaged in serving the customers. The timeline of the company's history was beautifully presented on the wall under the title 'Our Journey' of the showroom. The branch manager, Mr. Russell Ahmed, was a very friendly and cooperative person, who happily agreed to provide me with all the information.

The showroom wall is decorated with a complete AC rack with an artificial background of green grass. There are rows of ACs arranged beautifully here. A huge collection of inverter and non-inverter ACs of different brands like Hisense, Haier, Conion, Panasonic, Whirlpool. Different capacity ACs are available here such as (1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 ton capacity ACs). Each AC has a price tag and special offer tag clearly attached. Also, after talking to the branch manager, commercial ACs are available in 5 ton, 4 ton general and Conion brands. I came to know from the salesman that the installation of each AC is free. And it is sold at a fair price with official warranty provided by different brands.

A large part of the showroom has an amazing collection of refrigerators from various global brands. The new arrival (New Arrival) glassy black finish refrigerators from Hisense brand, rows of refrigerators from Whirlpool and double door refrigerators from Hitachi Canyon brand and the premium refrigerators from Beko, which has been titled "Europe's No.1", are really attractive. The price of refrigerators here starts from just 28,000 taka and the premium models are more than 2 lakh taka. The products of the Canyon brand are manufactured by them. I found out from the showroom official that they ensure afters sale home service with each refrigerator. Each refrigerator has an official warranty. For example, 2 years of 10 years compressor warranty and 2 years of free service.

A special corner of deep freezers has been arranged in view of the upcoming Eid-ul-Adha. Freezers of various sizes of Hisense, Sharp Chest Freezer and Conion brands are available. Each deep freezer is provided with an official warranty such as 10 years compressor and two years parts and service warranty.

A huge and diverse collection of blenders, mixer grinders, air fryers and pressure cookers of Panasonic, Kent, Conion, Philips, Saffron brands. This corner is so well-decorated that the customer will be interested in buying it. Every product has a warranty from this office. Because the main theme of this company is after-sales service.

There is a nice collection of Smart Google TVs from brands like Sony, Hisense, LG, Toshiba, TCL, Conion. The inside of the showroom looked more attractive with the biggest screen running.

The big signboard in front of the showroom lists the names of their brand partners Hitachi, Whirlpool, Sharp, Conion, Hisense, Toshiba, TCL, Panasonic, LG, Sony, Philips, Midea. This is one of the few showrooms in Bangladesh where so many international brands are available under one roof.

Visiting Best Electronics as a Curious Explorer was a truly amazing experience for me. Seeing the huge orange and white branding and attractive Eid offer banners from outside the showroom created excitement in my mind. When I entered, I was surprised to see rows of well-decorated products in every corner of the huge showroom.
When I read the history of the company's journey on the walls of the showroom, from a simple job of one person in 1986 to the story of handing over the responsibility of the company to a new generation in 2024, I was really inspired. This is not just a business story, it is a story of a family's dream.
The branch manager, Mr. Russell Ahmed, told me that the demand for deep freezers and refrigerators increases several times before Eid al-Adha. With EMI facilities from various banks, online ordering facilities and after-sales service assurance at the showroom, it is a complete electronics shopping destination. And a customer can pay for the purchased products in any way, such as bKash, cash and through POS machines of various banks' cards.
