The Diary Game || 30-03-2026|| A Responsible Day with Chat.

Assalamu Alaikum Steemian friends,
Hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah, I am well too. Today was a beautiful mix of responsibility and joy.
I started the morning by performing Fajr prayer. Today my sister and niece came to our house from their village. My sister, me and my wife the three of us had breakfast and chatted together. When the girls woke up around 8 am, I got them ready for school and dropped them off at 8:30 am. Since I took a day off from work today, I got a chance to spend time with my family, which was really nice.

When my niece woke up around 11 am, breakfast and tea were arranged again. Thanks to my wife, she was managing everything beautifully on her own. In between the stories, memories of the village Eid were being reminisced, because I did not go to my village house last Eid. This story brought a different kind of peace to me. Around 12 noon, we started preparing to see the doctor. We freshened up after having a gosal and prepared for food.

​After finishing the afternoon meal and prayers, my sister, sister's son and I left for Mohammadpur at around 1:30.

First, I took a rickshaw to Uttara North Metrorail Station. From there, I took the Metrorail to Agargaon. The destination has become much easier because of the Metrorail. Then, I took a rickshaw and walked to the doctor's chamber in Mohammadpur.

​The doctor was a little late in coming, so we had to wait for about 20-30 minutes. After seeing the doctor, we took a CNG bus to Arambagh. The fare was a little cheaper as the road was empty and the journey was also comfortable. There, I dropped my sister and niece off on a bus to Comilla and said goodbye. I felt a kind of satisfaction in my heart that I was able to fulfill my sister's duty.

A long-awaited chat with an old friend
​Around 4 pm, I called an old friend of mine. Today, for the first time since 2009, I went to Rahmania Center to meet him. After many years, meeting a dear friend brought back many memories of the old days. We had a lively chat for about an hour and a half.

​After saying goodbye to my friend, I took the metro rail back to Uttara. After getting down at the station, I saw that it had started raining heavily. Since there was no way to go out, I prayed Maghrib on the platform.

After praying, I quickly returned home. After entering the house, another friend called, brought him home and the tea and chat started again. In this chat, we also added our beloved Steemian friend @mahadisalim on a video call. After chatting until 9:30 pm, we said goodbye to our friend, had dinner and prayed, and went to sleep.

Today was a beautiful combination of chatting and responsibilities. Being with family and spending time with old friends made the day very peaceful. The joy of chatting cannot be expressed in words, it can only be felt.
