Despite the large number of people visiting for various purposes, such as bill payments, complaints, and new installations, the staff remained patient and professional. This created a comfortable and orderly atmosphere in the office.
PLN Geudong also has a clean and cool waiting room, making visitors feel comfortable even when they have to wait their turn. The service system here is well-organized, and the public is assisted with clear explanations of the administrative and technical processes required.
