in Steem For Lifestyle29 days ago (edited)

Assalamualaikum Everyone, I am Ghias Ahmad from #pakistan

Anger is a natural process and not a disease, and anger is an ego, like other emotions within humans, that is, it is a natural process that makes us different from inanimate objects. Anger always comes at things that we do not mentally accept, especially when we are against them. The cause of anger is adrenaline, i.e., epinephrine and norepinephrine hormones. I pay thanks to @memamun for organising this contest.

  • I try my best to remain conscious: I try my best to remain in my senses. Because whenever we are anere are high chances that we are out of control and we are not even in our own consciousness. In that state, we can harm anyone unknowingly that can turn into lifetime regret.
  • I remember a verse of the Quran: Allah Almighty describes a characteristic of good people in Quran that they give away anger and forgive people. This also effects my state of anger.
  • I remember the Hadis-e-Nabwi (PBUH): The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also said that "the powerful people are those who control their anger", and many times the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stressed to control anger. Therefore, I try to remain completely calm in anger by recalling this..
  • A Peaceful Thought: In addition, I recall that the anger is temporary, while it leaves long lasting effect, such that harming someone with words of weapon. Therefore, I should be very careful in the case of anger.
  • Detachment from the environment:I prefer to distance myself from the scene where I become angry. Changing the location of place helps me to depress my anger.
  • Making of Ablution: Often, and after that, I have felt that if we wash our hands and face, it brings a lot of peace to the body, especially when we go to the mosque and perform ablution and worship Allah.
📕 Teachings of my religion

My religion, Islam, also teaches me a lot about it, like:

  • 🥰 Be Patient

  • ⚖️ Be Justicer

  • 🕊️ Be Faithful

My Reaction whenever I get angry🧪

Anger is a natural emotion, and it someone claims that he never faced an anger issue, there is a problem with his emotions. Whenever I get angry, I feel a fast blood circulation in my veins and my body temperature rises. I start to feel sweaty. But, by reaction, sometimes I get triggered when the situations are really intense, but when the situations are normal or not so bad, I try to control my anger by the above-mentioned steps.

Changing the location or place and moving away from the scene helps me. While in a book, I studied that in the state of anger, observing the things positively helps most to reduce the anger and turns the bad scene into observations and it becomes interesting and also becomes very easy to control.

✅ 3. There will be a short story, read the story, and express your own thoughts.

The Misconception of Success

In today's era, the people of our societies believe that earning more money and acquiring luxuries is the real purpose of this, and this thinking leads them to neglect their character. People ignore the beauty of there character and as a result, they become angry, frustrated, and depressed.

Mr. Dipak's mistakes:

  • Not controlling his anger: Anger is a devilish emotion and one must have to control on it. Mr. Dipak must know that he has anger issues, and he must control his anger. But, he remained ignorant about it, and his anger rose.
  • Neglecting the environment of the children:It is said that children learn what they see, and in our story case, the same happened. The children start to be rude to teachers and elders beyond there home. Mr. Dipak and her wife were only responsible for this.
  • Crossing the limit:Mr. Dipak really crossed the limits and he killed her wife. This step was the peak of anger. After he realized that he made a mistake but all in vain. He should not have to cross the limits, even he should not to carry hand on his wife. Not only his children fill face difficulties, but also he will face the lifetime imprisonment.

What could Mr. Dipak's wife have done?
Mr. Dipak's wife should have tried to correct Mr. Dipak by contacting the elders of her family or her parents in the initial days, while shetolerated Mr. Deepak's terrible behavior, and Mr. Deepak took advantage of this weakness of hers and went beyond the limit.

Impact on children
The death of their mother and the arrest of their father have certainly pushed them into severe mental trauma. Now their future may be subject to depression, anger, and fear, which is the most impactful effect of this entire incident on the children.

The Lesson:

This is not just a question or a story, but it has become the reality of many homes in our society. Of course, deaths may not occur in these homes, but domestic violence and irritability of men are becoming common. To some extent, this is due to the lack of understanding of men's emotions in society and the loneliness of men.

They feel alone while living in a family, which makes them constantly frustrated and angry. Even while living a successful life, they cannot control their emotions. Therefore, in such a situation, the man's family, the man himself, and society should help each other so that the poison of anger can be removed from society.

3. Identify the Trigger😠
Every emotion has a certain trigger behind it. Identify the trigger. Anger and try to overcome the trigger. Be logical, not an emotional fool.
4. Make Regular Exercise🏃‍♂️
Many exercises can reduce the power of anger as they calm the body and remove frustration. Such exercises also decrease the level of stress hormones.

This is one of the most crucial steps to control anger. A person who is always aware of his character never makes any foolish act to hurt anyone in anger. Because anger is associated to devil and the one who wants to gain success, keep the anger away from him.
