The Dairy Game: [ 30/06/2026] A busy day in the kitchen as a chef.

It was still raining when I woke up this morning. I quickly said my morning prayers, did my usual morning routines. I waited a little for the rain to subside before stepping out for work. I knew today was going to be a busy Day because my colleague was not around, Today is his off day. That leaves only me to handle the responsibilities of the kitchen with the aid of my Assistant.

I started my work by making chicken salad. I checked the Chiller in our supermarket and realized that there is no Salad at all. It's going to be a problem if my boss should resume without any single salad available on the display. I quickly assembled everything that I would need for it. Like my White Cabbage, carrots, cucumber, lettuce, sweet corns, Boiled eggs and grilled chicken fillet. I washed everything carefully in other to avoid sands. I cut my cabbage, pealed my carrots and so on. When I was done with the whole process, I arranged everything as it should be in the plate and put them in the chiller.

I quickly set my pots on the various burner and started cooking immediately. I applied my multitasking ability by doing different things at the same time.

I started by making Jollof spaghetti.
I put a pot on the fire, added water, allowed it to boil before adding my spaghetti to it.
When it was ready, I set another pot on fire, fried my peppers mixed and add my spaghetti to it. I allowed it to mix very well before I removed it.

The next food I made was Fried rice. I did my normal stir frying process of frying carrots, green peas, sweet corn and liver. I added my boiled rice to it and fried it properly.

I made other dishes which I couldn't take pictures of due to how busy I was.
I also made, Turkey rice, Beef Rice, porridge Yam. Etc.

When I was done, I quickly made sandwiches. It's an English breakfast. I gathered my ingredients together. My Bread, cucumber, chicken, lettuce, eggs. I toasted my bread and arranged everything accordingly on it.

At the point, I was almost done with work. I was already hungry. I searched for any available food to eat. I grabbed my hands on moi moi and Asun rice.

I finished eating and went to the sales department to inspect how the sales was going since it was raining. Everything was going well, Thanks to God.
I finished and went to freshen up.
I got back and met my assistant prepping peppers for tomorrow's productions.
I sha joined him in the the process.

When i finished, we carried it down to the grounding machine and I assisted him in grounding it.

The rest of the day was unproductive as it was still raining. I did my normal preparation by prepping down the necessary stuff for tomorrow's productions. When I was done, I had my night food of white rice and stew. Sign out of work and I went.
