The Diary Game: 22.1.2026| Having lectures at my department new venue.

^{Arrival at the venue}

Greetings to everyone @steemit, the previous day we were given an information concerning having our lectures for today at our department newly allocated building for lectures. This day we had a schedule of for lectures, from 9am to 11am, from 11am to 1pm, from 1pm to 2pm, from 2pm to 4pm all in (WAT). Seeing this schedule I know today is going to be a long busy day. I woke up, fixed few things in the house hurrying to meet up with time. I picked a bus from my area to the junction I got a bike to the venue, thinking I was so early but guess what? Few of my colleagues were already seated inside before I came. I took a selfie before leaving for lectures.

^{First lecture of the day}

The first lecturer was a female, she didn’t arrive the exact time allocated to her which was from 9am to 11am. She arrived at 9:35am(WAT) and the she finished her lecture by 10:29am (WAT) which was before the end of her allocated time. We had few minutes to prepare for the next class. So she lectured us about viral culture and isolation and also purification of viruses. The class was an interactive session and we had the known of stuffs that will be useful in the practice as a medical laboratory scientist.

The other scheduled lectures took place, The next one was also female lecturer she took us on hematology and the topic she took us on was Origin, structure and function of red blood cells and also visual and electronic method of blood counting. She talked about the structure of the machine and how it works. She also taught us the procedures on how it works. The next lecture after her took us on medical parasitology and she taught on the classification of protozoan and she shared us into different groups in class to talk on each parasite she has given to us. Each group made up with more than five individuals, we practiced on it and we presented and she appreciated our effort, this was interesting and impactful.

After the lectures of the day it was time to go home, I and my colleagues walked to the junction where we boarded bus back to our various destinations. When I reached home I was tired and stressed, I happily took out my diary to write about my day before I figure out what to eat before going to bed. Thank you for sticking me about how my day went.
