Write the complete step-by-step method of making Golden Turmeric tomato ketchup.
Step 1:
For the Golden Turmeric tomato ketchup recipe, I brought 1 kg of fresh tomatoes from the market. I washed the tomatoes very well in clean water to remove any dirt. Then I cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Step 2:
I put a pot on the stove, then added the chopped tomatoes to the pot. I added half a cup of water to cook the chopped tomatoes, kept the stove on medium heat, and covered the pot with a lid.

Step 3:
I removed the lid of the pot and stirred it occasionally so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot. After cooking on medium heat for about ten minutes, the tomato pieces are cooked very well. Now remove from the stove and let it cool.

Step 4:
After the boiled tomatoes cooled, I took them in a blender jar. Then I blended them very well for 2-3 minutes. Now the tomato paste is ready.

Step 5:
Now strain the blended tomato mixture using a strainer. Straining the tomato mixture will separate the tomato skin and seeds and give you a smooth tomato mixture that is suitable for tomato ketchup.

Step 6:
After preparing the tomato mixture, I put a pot on the stove, then heated 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and added the chili powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. At this stage, I kept the stove on low heat and stirred the ingredients with a spoon, when a nice flavor spread, I added the tomato mixture.

Step 7:
The flame of the stove should be kept low so that it does not burn and stick to the bottom of the pot. Now I added salt, sugar and white vinegar for taste. Then I stirred everything and cooked it for about seven minutes. Now the tomato ketchup made with turmeric is ready to serve. This is a very tasty and healthy homemade tomato ketchup made with turmeric.
