I visited a fuel supply station.

What kind of service zone did you review? Where is it located? Share a brief description of the service zone.

The fuel supply station is where I visited but unfortunately, the station was closed at the time that I visited the place and it is a government fuel station.

NNPC fuel station is the name of the place and it is a retail outlet located in Akwanga along the Keffi-Akwanga expressway in Gudi, Nasarawa State. The fuel supply station provides travellers and residents in the in the community along the major route leading into Akwanga.

What are the facilities like there? For example, customer service, item list, prices etc. (with pictures + videos + descriptions).

The facilities of the NNPC fuel supply station look old but very intact and strong which I believe are still in perfect condition. The facilities are:

• Land-based mega station storage: This is an underground large capacity tanks that store high volume of fuel.

• Dispensing Multiple: This is the facility that pumps out fuel which uses light and heavy-duty vehicles.

• Auto-Gas & CNG: This facility is equipped with dispensing outlets that supply compressed natural gas as an alternative energy source.

There are other facilities such as electricity, tables, the company vehicle, and others.

Discuss in detail the environmental situation of the Emergency Service Zone.

The environmental situation of the emergency service zone is okay for business but the problem is the noise and the bad road that leads to the emergency service zone.

During the rainy season, water can be flooded at the premises thereby causing people especially the staff to suffer from malaria due to mosquito bites. Also, the floor can become very slippery causing people to fall during the rainy season and it can also cause accidents due to the bad road.

What kind of service did you receive there? Do you think any steps should be taken to improve customer service in this emergency service zone? Share a brief description of your opinion.

I have previously bought fuel from this fuel supply station but all of a sudden the fuel supply station stopped operation which has been going on for 2 weeks now. A lot of work needs to be done to improve the customer service in these emergency service zones. What needs to be done is:

• The government needs to first put the place in order
• Improve the working environment
• Train and educate the staffs
• Provide better welfare for the staff
• Have a good internet service provider for better communication
• Improve the facilities
• Employ more staff to reduce workload and delay.
