Hello all my Steemit friends, I hope you are all doing well. Today I am here again to participate in a competition shared by @memamun brother on the occasion of Steemit Challenge 29 week 02. This week the competition topic was SLC-S29/W2 | Mind and Education: The Journey of Psychology "Stress Relief". But let's try to share the competition post with you very nicely today.


Task 01 Do stress relief meditation, do any form of exercise. Share the video and let us know how effective it is for you.

I do various types of exercises to maintain my physical fitness. Every morning after waking up, I start from our house and run about five kilometers every day. In fact, it is very beneficial for my physical fitness. However, the exercises that I have shared with you are push-ups. In fact, doing push-ups is very difficult. At the moment when I was exercising while lying on the grass on the bank of our pond, a little boy next to me was recording a video very beautifully on his mobile phone. In fact, if a person exercises regularly like this, I think his physical fitness will be maintained and his belly fat will be reduced. In fact, these exercises are to maintain muscle and belly fat. If you look at the people of today's society, you will see that most people have increased fat, so it is very important to exercise by sitting with both legs and arms in front of you to reduce fat.

I have beautifully shared the video of the moment when I was exercising on the soft grass by our pond with you above. In fact, exercising improves the physical fitness of every person. In fact, the benefits of these exercises are that belly fat will be reduced very easily and the muscles of the arms and legs will be strengthened. If you want, you can participate in these types of exercises regularly and maintain your physical fitness.


Task 02 Share any creative activity, such as painting, writing poetry, or crafting.


Poema : "The feeling hidden in silence"

Silence also has a sound that can be heard late at night,
Only when all the words have been said does it slowly raise its head.
People smile but there are other stories in the corners of their eyes,
Those stories can never be told to anyone.
Four cups get cold but the conversation doesn't end,
The afternoon sitting by the window suddenly seems long.
Some feelings don't even get the right name,
They just wander around inside the heart.
We pretend to be strong every day,
Because in the silent moments of showing weakness, the mind talks to itself,
And those words are what make us truly human.


I have written a beautiful poem about the feelings hidden in silence and shared it with you. Actually, to write a poem, you have to write based on many thoughts and many topics. I spent a lot of time writing the poem, on every line of the poem and on every topic. Finally, I have written the poem very beautifully and shared it with you above. I hope every reader will like the poem.


Task 03 There will be a short story, read the story and express your own feelings.

The biggest mistake in this story is Sneha's parents. They have put the responsibility of their marital conflict on the child, which is absolutely inhuman. Her parents never try to understand her physical condition. Instead, they have taken their own child as a shame or a burden. It is very natural for a child to break down mentally when there is no love or security in the family. Her grandmother was her only refuge and hope. But after her grandmother's death, there was no one else to stand by Sneha. Sneha has slowly learned to feel guilty due to the neglect of her family.


Sneha could not open her suffering to anyone after her grandmother died. She thought that all the problems surrounding her were not really true. The unethical behavior of the society and family pushed her towards darkness. I think it is very important for us to provide emotional support to a sick or terminally ill person. Through this story, I learned that silent suffering is the most dangerous. Timely care and the opportunity to talk can save a life.


Task 04 Create an infographic about the 5 steps of stress relief.

1/ Prioritize by eliminating unnecessary tasks; Understanding what is urgent and what can wait when it comes to work can reduce stress. Completing small tasks properly is also part of taking care of yourself.


2/ Stay away from mobile and social media for some time every day;If you are constantly immersed in the screen, your mind cannot rest. If you don't pick up the phone for a while, you can hear your thoughts clearly.


3/ Light walking or exercise has been proven to reduce stress; When you move your body, your mind also opens up a little. Walking lightly reduces inner restlessness a lot.


4/ Follow a routine and get enough sleep every day; If you don't sleep properly, everything seems chaotic. Regular sleep keeps the mind steady and strong. Good sleep means new energy for the next day.


5/ Listening to music, drawing, reading, whatever makes you feel good; When you spend time doing things you love, your mind automatically wants to get better. These are not just hobbies, they save a lot of time.
