SLC-S29/W3-Mind & Learn : The Psychology Journey "Anger Control"
Assalamu Alaikum/Adab my friend of Steem For Lifestyle community, I am @kibreay001 speaking from Bangladesh
Hello all my Steemit friends, I hope you are all doing well. Today I am here again to share a new post with you. On the occasion of Steemit Challenge, @memamun Bhai has organized a competition. Today, by participating in Bhai's competition, I am going to share SLC-S29/W3-Mind & Learn: The Psychology Journey "Anger Control". Every person can adopt different opinions and different paths to control anger, so I will try to present all the practices that I adopt to control my anger very beautifully, but let's give a more detailed description about today's post.
Task 01 Describe your techniques for controlling anger and emotions. What is your reaction in that moment when you get excessively angry?
I will try to describe in a very short form the things that I use to control my anger and emotions. When I get very angry, I try to reduce my talk and stay calm because calm helps people change a lot. At that time, I try to forget my anger and take myself to the world of imagination so that everything can be forgotten very easily. However, I have mentioned three steps here and I have mentioned some things to control my anger and emotions.
✦When I am in a moment of anger, I don't talk to anyone or respond to anyone. I try to take deep breaths. This helps the tension in my head to start to go down a bit. I use these things more to get rid of anger and in the previous moments.
✦I try to keep my anger feelings to myself all the time. I often talk to myself or question myself. When my anger stops very easily, I feel frustrated by questioning myself. At that time, I feel the desire to change and convince myself.
✦I try to change my reaction to anger. I say a lot of things in anger but later I regret it a lot. I have never done anything right by showing anger to others. At that time, I try to get up, walk around a bit and cool down. When the anger subsides, I try to return to my normal state very quickly.
Task 02 Perform a progressive muscle relaxation exercise, record a video, and write in detail how effective it is for you
When I am extremely angry, I like to do various physical exercises to control my anger. For example, I have shared one of my own physical exercises with you. I have raised one hand very beautifully and lowered it down. There is a very sharp and beautiful mental work of the brain here because whenever other thoughts and anger are out of control, if every person is constantly engaged in such physical exercises, I think his anger will decrease a lot and come under control. So we should encourage everyone to follow a regular routine and exercise for a short time to control their anger.
To show you an example, I have recorded and shared an exercise video on my mobile. If you want, you can do this kind of exercise regularly to control your anger and maintain physical fitness. Actually, when I am angry, I try to stay very calm and try to keep my body involved in various exercises. Anger is a very bad thing for people if it goes out of control, so we always have to control anger with exercise and patience, so every one of us should exercise regularly and follow the routine according to the time.
Task 03 There will be a short story, read the story and express your own thoughts.
Mr. Dipak is a government official. He was conscious about education. His life was modern and full of luxury. When Mr. Dipak returned home from office, he used to get very angry with his wife over small matters. He used to shout and misbehave a lot. As a result, it also negatively affected his children. As a result, his little children started behaving badly like their parents with their schoolmates.
Mr. Dipak's bad behavior increased so much that one day he started attacking his wife and his wife tried her best to protect herself. Finally she started apologizing to her husband. But her husband did not forgive her and started hitting his wife on the head. Finally at the last moment his wife died. But at that moment Mr. Dipak regained consciousness but it was too late. Then he started crying while hugging his wife and the police came and arrested him and his two children were mentally damaged and broke down. The main point of the story is that never let your behavior affect your children otherwise your children will behave exactly like you so fathers should always maintain good behavior among themselves to protect their children.
Task 04 Create an infographic on the five steps of anger control
✦01 Recognizing types of anger
Anger is a physical and mental symptom for every human being. Whether it is a tightening of the throat or a moral thought, it is important to be aware of it. The first step to controlling anger is to acknowledge it rather than deny it. So first, we all need to learn to control anger.
✦02 Stopping and breathing
We should stop reacting immediately to the previous moment. Breathe in and out slowly. Breathing will help reduce the intensity of the previous one. Controlling anger is very difficult for every person but we have to adopt the ways.
✦03 Changing thoughts
Over time, changing our thoughts. Avoiding angry thoughts and returning to reality. To change the situation that is happening, we have to change our mental thoughts. Then the level of anger will be much less than before.
✦04 Healthy expression
Instead of holding back our anger, we should calmly talk and express it to others. We should openly express our feelings without blaming others. This way, anger will decrease and problems will be solved.
✦05 Regular practice and care
Exercise and adequate sleep to control anger: Taking time for yourself will help control anger. Gradually, through practicing exercise and adequate sleep, anger will come under control to a great extent.
