I have presented the details of the training to you. The content of the training program was very timely and relevant. Especially in the Hifz and Madrasah environment, effective teaching methodologies, modern classroom management and student psychology were emphasized.

The new teachers benefited especially from it. More time was spent on hands-on practice and The use of Tech-based Teaching Tools could be allocated. The trainers were highly experienced and knowledgeable in their respective fields. Their presentation skills were engaging and they were able to motivate the participants through discussions.

They had a deep understanding of correct pronunciation (Tajweed) and advanced memorization techniques in the field of Quran memorization. The personal attention and enthusiasm of the trainers in answering questions was commendable.

The training was conducted through discussions, group work, mock classroom sessions and question and answer sessions rather than just lectures. Following the slogan "Learn to Teach, Teach to Learn", a collaborative and encouraging learning environment was created among the participants. If there were online resources or follow-up support, the impact of the training could have been more lasting. Our trains are held twice a year.
