How are you all my friends? I hope you are all good. Friends I also pray that you all always stay happy and keep smiling. By the blessings of Allah. I am completely fine guys and in very good health. Alhamdulillah my life is going very great. I am very busy and I also spend a lot of time with you all on Steemit. Today is my first time participating in this challenge. When I saw this contest, I found it very amazing and before that I had not seen this challenge. I saw it yesterday, so today I have prepared for this challenge and it is a very delicious and tasty chicken kebab contest in which I am participating today. So friends let's start.

Making Process
I have made this recipe of mine today in a slightly different way because almost all the entries I have seen have been made using the same process. So my method is a some different. I hope that you guys will like my chicken kebabs today.
- I had made the garlic into a paste. So the first thing I did was put the karahi on the stove. I used oil in my recipe, so I added three to four tablespoons of oil to it. Once the oil was slightly warm. I added two tablespoons of garlic paste to it. I mixed the garlic paste well in the oil. After that, I took some hot spices which I added to this paste and I also mixed them well in the oil. I did not fry these things because their texture would change. So I just let them get slightly warm.
- The color of the garlic paste turned light brown. I added the boneless chicken to it. I mixed the chicken well. After mixing. After mixing the chicken well with the spices. I added three to four chopped onions to it. And then I added the lentil to it. These lentil which I had soaked about four hours ago. Were not soaked because they would boil quickly. But rather because if we soak the lentil first. Its flavor becomes very good. I did not fry these things at all. Because they don't need to be fried.
- After that I mixed the lentils
chicken onions and everything else. And then I added ground red chili turmeric and salt. Apart from that I didn't add any spices because when I mix it well. I will mash it well. And during that time I will add other things to it. Which will make its taste much more delicious and appetizing.
- Besides I haven't fried it. I just added water as needed so that everything melts well. All these things took about half an hour and these things were cooked and completely melted and there was a little water left. Then I quickly squeezed and dried all the water and now I turned off the flame and took the pan off the stove. I again mashed it well with the help of a masher. Here too, everyone has put it in a blender and blended it. This changes its taste a little. But if we mash it with our hands its taste remains the same.
- Now I am going to make kebabs.

- I added chopped coriander to the mashed spices. Then I added a little bit of freshly chopped mint. I lightly roasted all the spices I had and put them in a blender and blended all four spices well. Then I added one tablespoon of black pepper powder and one tablespoon of dried coriander powder.
- Then I added a tablespoon of kebab spices to it and after that I added a tablespoon of pipli powder to it.
- And lastly, I added an egg to it. Then I mixed all these things well. And then I washed my hands and applied oil to my hands. Started making kebabs in their small round shapes. And in the same way friends I made all the kebabs and placed them in a dish.
- After that. I put a pan on the stove and added ghee to it. When the ghee got hot. I put the kebabs in it and fried them well. There was no need to fry them too much. Because we had already cooked all the spices well. I fried them well on a low flame. And my delicious and tasty kebabs were ready.
Guys I have prepared all the spices for the kebab in this way. Which was different from the rest. I hope you will like my recipe, you should try it and see. You will definitely like it. Almost everyone had browned the onions too much and in the same way they added these onions to the kebab. But I did not brown the onions. Because it makes their taste a little bitter. So I added only simple onions in it.

Yes I will feel comfortable serving this chicken kebab on my dining table. Because I know I made it with honest effort. I am not expert but I tried my best. I mixed the spices slow, I cooked it with care and I was hoping it come out good. When I saw the colour, I really felt happy. It smelled so good that even I wanted to eat it first.
So on my dining table, I will not feel shy. I will feel little proud also.
Because it is my own work, my own small try. My family like it, that is my real reward. So yes, I will serve it with confidence.
