How are you all my friends? I hope you are all good. Friends I also pray that you all always stay happy and keep smiling. By the blessings of Allah. I am completely fine guys and in very good health. Alhamdulillah my life is going very great. Guys today I am participating in this challenge. In today's challenge was asked to make Sabudana Dessert . This is a very 😋 yummy recipe. So let's get started.

  • So friends I have made the sabudana dessert in a slightly different way today. For this dessert first of all I took water as required in a large bowl. I put all the sabudana that I had in it in this water. If I felt the need I added more water. I mixed the sabudana well in water with a spoon and soaked them in water for 30 minutes. Friends it had been 30 minutes since I soaked the sago seeds.. I put it in a sieve holes and drained the water well. You can see in the picture that the sabudana has swelled and turned into thick grains.

  • Then I took a karahi placed it on the stove and turned on the flame. And add three tablespoons of butter to it. I had chopped the almonds. Cleaned the raisin well and soaked it in water. Guys when the butter started to melt. I added the chopped almonds and raisin to it and fried them well in a karahi for two to three minutes. While frying them a very good aroma spread everywhere. I fried both of these things well for two to three minutes and took them out in a bowl.

  • Then I added the sabudana that I had soaked in butter and fried it well for four to five minutes. After that I added the milk to it while adding the milk. I kept stirring the spoon so that no lumps formed. When the sabudana was cooked in milk for five minutes. I added two cups of sugar to it and cooked it well again.

  • After that I took some milk in a cup. Added two tablespoons of custard powder to it. And mixed it well to make a mixture. After making the mixture I added this custard powder mixture to the sabudana dessert and stirred the spoon well.

  • After adding the custard powder I cooked it for about five minutes. When this dessert/kheer which is sabudana was well cooked and smooth. I added the dry fruits that I had fried to it stirred the spoon well and turned off the flame. After that my delicious and tasty sabudana dessert was cooked and ready. Then I dished it out in a lovely glass bowl and kept it cool. When this dessert was cool I decorated it beautifully. And then served it to my family.

Yes I made sabudana for the first time friends. At first I found it a little difficult. Because I did not know much about it. I was thinking that it might not turn out well or it might go bad somewhere. But I took courage and slowly started making it. While I was cooking it I was feeling some nervous. But friends at the same time my interest was growing. When the sabudana was ready I was very happy to see it because it looked good. It also smelled good. When I tasted it I felt relieved that it was made properly. This increased my confidence. And I felt that I could learn more things. It was a new experience for me. And I enjoyed it very much. Now I will try making this recipe again.
