Today I reach the office at 9.00 am like every day and have breakfast. Then I enter the office and go to the salon to get my hair cut. When my hair grows, my body feels restless, so I keep my hair short. I get my hair cut at the salon next to our office and return to the office. After coming to the office, I focus on my office work. I am an electrical engineer, so I go to the electrical substation and start my duties.

Then I do dumbbell sit-ups to participate in the fitness challenge of Steemit challenge 29. I like to exercise because exercise is very important for my body. To participate in the Steemit challenge, I completed the exercise at the electrical substation. After the exercise, I take some rest. Then I drink a cup of tea. Then I start writing a blog between work. If there is no electrical fault, my work pressure is less.

After praying Zohar in the afternoon, I go to eat. After having lunch, I take some rest. In the afternoon, I go to Gulistan in Dhaka, the capital of our country. I review a sports shop to participate in the Steemit challenge. The national stadium of Dhaka, the capital of our country, is the Maulana Bhashani Hockey Stadium. There are several big sports shops below Maulana Bhashani Hockey Stadium. I review Regal Sports Shop. I talk directly to the owner of Regal Sports Shop and take pictures and videos.

Then I went to Gulistan Kaptan Bazar in the capital, Dhaka, and reviewed the spice shops. Kaptan Bazar is the largest wholesale market in our country. Here, all kinds of products, starting from spices, are sold wholesale and retail. I took some pictures and videos with the permission of the owner of a spice shop. Then I left for home. When I came to the Jurain area of ​​the capital, I ate food prepared on the roadside. In our country, very delicious food is sold on the roadside in the evening. Although food prepared on the roadside is not healthy.

Then I return home at 9:00 PM and take some rest. I write and submit the blog by 12:00 AM. Then I go to sleep at 1:00 AM.
