inside the graveyards
One of the largest graveyards in Habra Union of Parbatipur Upazila is Fakir Para Graveyard. This is a government graveyard. This graveyard was built in 1900. People from 4 villages are buried in this graveyard. This graveyard was built on the land of two villages. 12 families donated land in it.
getaway
There are empty spaces on both sides of the field for people to enter. Thousands of people can enter at once through this space. Apart from this, these two paths are closed at other times. Everyone is very conscious that cattle cannot enter this path. It is a holy place for the Muslim community, so everyone makes arrangements to keep this place holy.

Everyone stands in a line to give the body to a person. After that, after giving the body to everyone, they wait for the body to be given to everyone. At that time, almost everyone rests on the green grass. After that, everyone prays to Allah together. These moments are really very difficult.
Bamboo garden in the cemetery
The bamboo garden in the cemetery is quite large. These bamboos are used when giving people their bodies. These bamboos are mostly used by poor people. In our area, helpless and unknown people use these bamboos more. I have been seeing these bamboos for 10 years. Currently, it is in a large part of the field.

There are many fruit trees in the field. Also, the oldest tree in the field is the banyan tree. It is more than 200 years old. Numerous birds make their nests here. People can take shelter in the tree during the summer. People benefit a lot from this. People feed the leaves of this tree to their cattle. This also provides many benefits. Therefore, many more banyan trees have been planted along the side of the field.
During the visit to the various graves in the field
When I visit this cemetery with the boys from my area, I visit the various graves in the field. There are countless stories here that are basically uncountable. There is a proper water system and a pond for fish farming. There is a specific place for prayers where people can offer prayers. However, I think the road to reach the cemetery needs further improvement.
