Open kitchen is a traditional street food in Dinajpur city. This food store is located on the south side of Boro Math in Dinajpur. The famous food of this store is Momos. They keep the shop open from 3 pm to 10 pm every day. This shop is associated with Foodpanda. The owner of this shop is a young entrepreneur. This shop was established 2 years ago.

A smart stove has been installed for cooking inside the store. All types of food are cooked from there and served to the customer. Basically, due to the security all around, cooking can be done very nicely, as there is no dirt on the cooked food, so the food remains fresh and tastes delicious. Everyone likes the cooking method inside. I find this very positive.

The inside of the shop is a kitchen, so it is always kept clean. Here, different types of pithas are lined up like this. Three people work together. Here, in the first stage, different sizes of pithas are made with flour. Then they are sized with meat, then they are fried in the oven and served to the customers. The entire process is done with great care.

The seating area in this shop can accommodate 50 to 60 customers at a time. After ordering food, you have to wait for 20 to 30 minutes because these dishes are prepared and served to the customers.
