Uttar Rasulpur Government Primary School is a small government primary school located in the northern part of Rasulpur village of Habra union of Parbatipur upazila. This school is 100 meters inside the village from the main road so it is easy to travel here. The school is open from 9 am to 4 pm every day except on government holidays.The school was established in 1990.

There are two buildings inside the school. One has the main office room and prayer room and washroom. The other has seating and class rooms for students in each class. Both buildings have classrooms for students from first to fifth grade. The school also has a Shaheed Minar. Flowers are offered at this Shaheed Minar on the occasion of Mother Language Day.

Every wall of the school has various cautionary arts and cartoons so that students can learn different lessons from these cartoons. In addition, the school has a ground where small children play football. There are many mango trees from which students can fill their vitamin deficiency. The only cartoon created in Bangladesh is Mina Raju. This Mina-Raju cartoon is usually given to students of classes one to five with various educational messages.

Compared to other classrooms, the first grade classroom is usually filled with different types of art. There are pictures of different poets, writers and scientists here so that the first grade students can easily memorize their names. Also, this classroom has a board and writing system and a projector. The rooms of the fifth grade students are comparatively less decorated. Also, the school has separate washrooms for boys and girls which are very clean.

The second floor is used for fifth grade classes and for children's classes. Usually, small children are taken up with many guards, so their risk of injury is low. I liked everything about this school, but it would have been better if the school grounds were a little bigger.
