Sometimes solitude is also necessary
Assalamu Alaikum. I hope everyone is well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, I am also well by the infinite mercy of Allah Almighty. Today I want to share a feeling that may happen silently in many of our lives, but very few people express it.

We all want to present ourselves as strong at all times. We try to walk the path with a smile even in the midst of various challenges, responsibilities and hardships of life. But to be honest, it is not possible to keep the mind strong all the time. Humans are no longer stones. Sometimes the mind gets tired, breaks, and then a little quiet time is very necessary.
I think loneliness is not always bad. Rather, spending some time alone with ourselves helps reduce our inner pressure. In those silent moments, we can talk to ourselves, feel our troubles, and even let our tears flow freely. Because not all tears can be expressed in front of people. Some tears remain only for ourselves.
Many times we get so busy for others that we don't get time to take care of our own mind. But it is also very important to take care of our own feelings. If ever our mind gets too heavy, then stop for a while. Sit in a secluded place, think deeply, cry if necessary. It does not make us weak, but rather the mind becomes a lot lighter.

I believe that crying is not a sign of weakness in humans. Rather, it is a natural way to release the accumulated pain in the mind. Just as the sky becomes clear after crying, the mind also regains its strength. So there is no need to act like you are strong all the time. Sometimes, give importance to your own feelings too. Because a healthy and calm mind is the biggest strength in our life.
