Today I went to a fried food shop adjacent to Kaliganj Main Bus Stand to participate in this competition.The store I will be reviewing today is called Roja Sweets & Hotel.Roja Sweets & Hotel is one of the most famous fried food selling hotels in our Kaliganj market.The shop is located on Kotchandpur Road, adjacent to Kaliganj Main Bus Stand.Since it is now the holy month of Ramadan, the shop sells all kinds of fried foods as Iftar items, focusing on this month of Ramadan.

Especially during the month of Ramadan, we see stalls selling various fried foods in various parts of our country, especially in urban areas or on the roadsides.Because during the month of Ramadan, every shop has a separate stall in front of it to sell this fried food.Similarly, Roja has set up a fried food stall in front of the Suites and Hotel.Roja sweets & Hotel is one of my favorite places to buy fried food.I buy my favorite fried food from this shop almost every day.This shop sells various types of fried food.Especially potato chops, eggplant chops, onion chops, egg chops, garlic chops, coriander leaf chops, burinda and hot jilapi.Since I like to eat food with fillings, I especially buy food with fillings from this store.

They prepare every dish in the shop with great care and serve it to customers.Since the shop is located on the roadside, they have carefully covered the food inside polythene and glass boxes to protect it from the dust of the road.Food is always kept covered so that dust from the street does not enter the food and make it unhealthy to eat.They prepare every dish with great care.Since all these foods are fried with a lot of oil, although it is not that healthy for the body, everyone eats this food a little more.The shop employs five to seven employees who constantly cook food in a healthy manner and provide food according to the customers' needs.

Every dish at this shop is very delicious.I eat a variety of foods from this shop almost every day at different times of the day.Especially during Iftar, I buy potato chops, eggplant chops, piaju, burinda, chicken chap, etc. from this shop.Since this is a roadside fried food shop, they do not offer customers any food to buy, but rather, customers purchase food from this shop according to their preferences and needs.

First of all, this shop is very popular compared to other fried food shops and every fried food in this shop is very delicious.The shop has many artisans who specialize in making fried foods and who prepare these fried foods with their skilled hands.And secondly, the price of each dish is very reasonable.From my perspective, I think that the price of each fried food at this store is very low.Below are the Bangladeshi prices and steam prices of some foods:

Finally, I would like to say that in my opinion, one of the best fried food shops in our Kaliganj market is Roja Sweets and Hotel.Finally, I bought a variety of fried foods for iftar from this shop.This was my review of this store today.
