Hello my dear steemit friends. How are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love. I am here with a new post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post.Friends, today I am here to participate in the five week of the Steemit Learning Challenge Session 30.The main theme of the five week of Steemit Learning Challenge Session 30 is Dessert Recipe : Sabudana Dessert Recipe.Thank you, @selina1 ma'am, for bringing such a unique course with such a great learning challenge.To participate in this competition, I made sabudana dessert according to my dear mam's instructions.So let's share the step-by-step recipe for making sabudana dessert. so let's start........

Today I am making sabudana dessert as part of this competition.So let's go presentation the step-by-step process of making sabudana dessert.

🍧Step - 1 🍧

  • First, I took one kg of liquid milk in a pot, then put it on the stove on medium heat for five to seven minutes and boiled the milk well, straining it.Then I left the milk to cool for some time.Then, when the milk has cooled down well, I add 5 teaspoons of custard powder to it, then add a packet of powdered milk.I mixed the custard powder and powdered milk well with the milk.

  • Once the custard powder and powdered milk were mixed well, I added the required amount of sugar.Then, after mixing all the ingredients well with the milk, I cooked it by stirring it well for some time.Then, after stirring well for some time, I turned off the stove when the milk thickened.

  • Then I took half a cup of sabudana in a bowl.Then I soaked the sabudana in sufficient water for five to 10 minutes.Then I put a pan on the stove and added a cup of water to it. When the water became slightly warm, I added the previously soaked sabudana.I cooked the sabudana well by keeping it on medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes.Now, using a strainer, I washed the sabudana thoroughly with clean water and drained it.

  • Now I poured the previously prepared milk mixture into a bowl.Then slowly pour the pre-boiled sabudana into the milk mixture.

  • To use different types of fruits in the sabudana dessert, first I took different types of fruits in a bowl, especially apples, watermelon, dates, grapes, and Pomegranate, then washed them with clean water and cut them into small pieces.

  • Then I added all the fruit pieces one by one into the sabudana mixture, making the sabudana dessert look very attractive.Alhamdulillah, I finally managed to complete making the sabudana dessert.

Today's sabudana dessert was my first experience making it because I had never made a sabudana dessert before.Today's Sabudana Dessert First, I mastered the instructions of my dear teacher Ma'am very well because today I was going to make Sabudana dessert for the first time.When I make it, I go through each step very carefully and finally when I see its final preparation, it looks so delicious and attractive that anyone can try this sabudana dessert. When different types or colors of fruits are added to sabudana in the final result of sabudana dessert, its look becomes even more appealing and anyone will be interested in eating it.So overall my experience in making today's sabudana dessert was great I really enjoyed making it.

✅Sabudana dessert is an easily digestible food that helps in providing nutrition and energy to the body.

✅Sabudana is generally rich in carbohydrates, calcium and iron, due to which it helps in strengthening bones quickly and increasing calcium.

✅Sabudana is an easily digestible dessert that helps in rapid digestion or increases digestive power.

✅Eating this sabudana dessert on a hot day helps a lot in keeping the body cool.

✅The mixture of milk and various types of fruits used in sabudana desserts is known as a nutritious dessert for people of all ages, especially children.Therefore, if it is consumed in sufficient quantity, it will fulfill all the nutritional needs of the body of people of all ages, starting from children.

✅ 4. Present the recipe in an attractive presentation using your username, recipe name and date written on a piece of paper.

  • Finally, I served the sabudana dessert beautifully on a serving dish.Then I left a note with the date the sabudana dessert was made and my username.Finally, I decorated it beautifully and served it to my family members.My whole family was really happy to have such a delicious and cold dessert on this hot day.
