At this moment, I want to share with you about a place in the northern region of Bangladesh, in Sirajganj district, which includes a large mosque named as a symbol of beauty. The name of this mosque is Al Bahela Mosque. This mosque is not only beautiful to look at but also very important to Muslims.

A mosque located in Belkuchi, 20 kilometers (12 miles) southeast of Sirajganj in the Rajshahi Division of Bangladesh. The mosque is a traditional mosque built on 50,160 square meters (539,900 square feet) or 20 and a half bighas of land on the west side of the Sirajganj-Enayetpur road, in Mukandgathi neighborhood, Ward No. 8 of Belkuchi municipality. According to the sources, as far as is known, there was a man named Mohammad Ali Sarkar in Mukund Khatti's village. His son Al Aman and his mother Bailer initiated the construction of this mosque. It was presented in September 2016 and took until 2021 to complete. Additionally, around 45 people worked here as laborers. Mohammad Ali Sarkar spent approximately 30 crore Bangladeshi Taka on this mosque, with a steam value expenditure of 25,000,00.

The mosque has a very large capacity, accommodating approximately seven thousand people. It is a two-story building with a dome and two minarets. There is a well-organized arrangement that is very beautiful. There are also beautiful stairs and attractive areas, and the environment is very pleasant. Inside, there are high-quality pillars that symbolize beauty. The pillars are strong and look impressive inside.

There are quite a few open spaces around the mosque where some plants are planted, followed by some offices. There are also several extra rooms where arrangements have been made for those who work with the mosque, including the muezzin and the imam, to stay. Additionally, there are well-maintained plants here, with flower beds and a beautifully arranged park system. I am sharing some pictures below.

Since I had scheduled it for Friday, which is the weekly Jumma day, many people had come here from far and wide to perform the prayers. I also intended to offer Jumma prayer here. I had come with a bike and found a place to park it a little distance away from the mosque, meaning within the mosque area, there is a place where there is a system for parking cars. It is a very nice place where cars can be parked for free.

Overall, this is a place where, within a large area, the mosque I mentioned earlier has been designated as one of the notable places in Bangladesh. It is the only mosque of its kind in Sirajganj. There are beautiful arrangements and facilities available for the congregants. There are also quite a few other arrangements here, the photos of which I am presenting below.
