Dear friends, I hope you are all doing well. I am also Alhamdulillah, very well by the endless mercy of Allah. A new contest has been created for the last week of season 28. For the last week, they have designated a store related to a baking powder or a place or shop where baking occurs. Accordingly, I am presenting a review in front of you of a shop in the Pipulbaria Market of Sirajganj. Chaity Store.

All these shops can be found in almost every corner of Bangladesh, in alleyways and markets, both in urban and rural areas. These shops are very important for the region and are great for providing food for our families. This particular shop is highlighted here because it is one of the most well-known places in the market, and a lot of local people gather here. Almost everything can be found in this shop; it can be called a grocery store.

In all these shops, you can find everything from rice to pulses, various types of snacks and food, different spices, pulses, sugar, salt — everything is available here in these shops. Since many items are made using baking powder or baking soda, we think a lot of things here are associated with baking. I am giving some pictures below of what these shopkeepers sell, both in bulk and at retail prices.

Various types of baking powder or baking soda are sold in all these stores, but I have seen a baking powder here that I really like and we use it almost all the time. With this baking powder, we make different kinds of pithas and then biscuits, all such items. I found that baking powder in this store, and a picture of it is given below.

In all these shops, you can pick up quite a few items if you want, and here there will be more items including baked goods. But if some items are sold here, such as noodles, pitha, and cakes, you will also find more food items made from baking. Additionally, they do not make baked goods themselves; instead, they buy them from Dhaka or the capital at different times and sell them in all the shops.
