Thank you. I will start this post with a beautiful question. That question is about an essential service. I will take you to a place of such an essential service called a hospital. This is Gak Hospital in Bogura district. If I introduce it, I would tell you that it is located in Bogura district in the traditional northern Bengal of Bangladesh. There, in an area called Banani, on the east side of the highway, stands a huge eye hospital.

In this hospital, alongside eye specialists and big doctors, there are many nurses and numerous service activities are carried out. This hospital provides services not only here but also outdoors at times, and it stands by the poor in various villages as well. Around this hospital, there is a large area where many people gain education, provide education, and perform service work. For some, it is a means of livelihood, while for others, it is a way to carry out service work.

You have asked such a question. Every service-oriented place is the most important facility of an essential department. If I were to talk about customer facilities here first, I would definitely say that there is a very high-quality customer facility. Because it is a system with advanced technology, and many reputable places use it, and inside it is very clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

Those who do not understand at all, even if they are completely ignorant, can still provide very high-quality service here. The staff here is very well-trained. They treat patients and the people with the patients very well, providing them service through good behavior. Additionally, inside, there are arrangements of clean chairs and tables, along with air conditioning; the entire place is equipped with air conditioning.

What I liked the most was seeing the patient services here because they provide care to patients using many expensive technologies. I took my mother there to see the eye doctor, so I took pictures of some of the technologies inside at several places after entering. Because of this, I could visualize the various things and technological machines through which eye surgeries and eye care are provided. Seeing these made me feel that everyone working here—the staff, interns, and doctors—are sincere.

I think this is an essential section for a good heart where you can easily get solutions if you have any eye problems. You can get good facilities, but if you go to a somewhat renowned place, the cost will increase a bit, which is normal. Here, the cost will be slightly higher compared to government hospitals and other clinics, which is normal, but good service is available in all aspects.
