The Diary Game // 12th December 2025 // Time to play cricket in the morning on holidays
ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Dear friends, I hope you are all well. I am also, Alhamdulillah, doing very well by the endless mercy of Allah. There is a mild winter all around, but the Fajr time is quite cold, although it decreases quite a bit during the day. After waking up today, I saw a lot around and fog had settled.
Today is Friday and our weekly holiday. For the past week, during the day we have been playing sports, but on the holiday and after the Fajr prayer, we don't have any classes. So, taking a few students with us and a few teachers, we went to the field. And early in the morning, we saw it was completely empty and had a very beautiful environment.
Since childhood, I have been very focused on sports, especially I liked playing cricket the most, and after growing up, I don't play any other sport. So now, at the age of 27, even though I am in a teaching position, I still play cricket and enjoy it very much. The game of cricket started, and we were divided into two teams, and I took the bat at that time.
I scored roughly 30 to 35 runs, then I got out, and after that I was sitting while my fellow colleagues were batting. While sitting, I recorded a video and took some pictures. One of my colleagues was bowling, and he said to me, 'Take a picture when I bowl, let’s see how it looks.'
In our educational institution, that is, the place where we work, there are only 15 teachers. Out of them, we usually get the best players by selection, around three to four people. Among them, there are two to three good at batting, and two to three good at bowling. The picture I captured above shows the person bowling.
He is a good bowler and fast bowler. By observing his bowling, one can actually understand how it is. Sometimes, when I'm batting, I often can't play his deliveries. Yesterday, I faced him first, and then his bowling had a little swing. After finishing sports, I had a banana and bread as a snack.
We played sports until 11 in the morning, that is, you could say from after Fajr prayer, around six in the morning. We started, and by the time it was 11, we had been playing for quite a long time, and our hands and feet were almost in pain. Since we had a match with another branch the next day, we didn’t delay and went back to the madrasa.
As there was a game tomorrow, we had to reduce such activities, so we didn’t play anymore. After a light snack, I went to the madrasa and rested, spending time until Dhuhr prayer in this way. I spent the rest of the day resting because my feet were hurting. Allah Hafiz.
Thank You Everyone For My Post Reading
