Actually, I like participating in competitions very much, so I happily participate in competitions. The name of today's competition is: SLC32-W3 | Explore On The Maps : Explore Emergency Service Zone. Many thanks to the respected @jimiaera02 for organizing this wonderful competition. So let's start the review of today's competition.

➤What kind of service zone did you reviewed? Where is it located? Share a brief description of the service zone.

I have come with a review of a fuel filling station. Here CNG and diesel octane petrol kerosene etc. are filled. This is the location of this filling station adjacent to Chilonia Bazar next to the Feni and Noakhali highway passing through Jayalskar Union of Daganbhuiyan Upazila of Feni district, Bangladesh. It is a very important zone as it is located on the highway road. I like such places very much because when your car runs out of fuel on the highway, these filling stations play a very important role, so it is seen that there are various fuel stations next to the highway every few days. This station is very old and has been providing fuel and gas services here for a long time.

➤What are the facilities like there? For example, customer service,item list, prices etc. (with pictures + videos + descriptions).

This filling station is a very traditional and old institution, due to which the facilities here are very good and the prices at this filling station are comparatively lower than other filling stations. And CNG gas is very popular here because if you take it from here, you can take gas at the highest pressure of the car. Especially CNG-powered cars fill up the most from here because it is very well known for its good products. I myself have given the price list of some of the products here.

Actually, the location of this filling station is very important because many times the car runs out of fuel next to the highway and such filling stations are very useful then. Especially when drivers realize that their car's fuel is almost finished, they look for different stations. This station is very old and they are famous for selling the right amount of oil and gas here, so this filling station is one of the most famous on the Noakhali and Feni highway road. There is a bridge over a small river next to this filling station, due to which the cars have to slow down here, besides there is a market before the bridge, all in all, the cars driving on the highway have to control their speed a lot through this place. In a word, the cars slow down through this place, due to which if someone needs to fill up their car, they can do it very easily because you can see the cars that have been running for a long time at this filling station and go there and get their remaining fuel. Even if it is not completely finished, this filling station is the best option for you to get full.

➤What kind of service did you receive there? Do you think any steps should be taken to improve customer service in this emergency service zone?Share a brief description of your opinion.

I went here to get motorcycle octane. What I like here is that they sell very good quality octane and petrol. I was very pleased with their service and the environment here. Especially they have written here with various signboards that smoking is prohibited here. That is, no kind of fire can be entered into this area and fire extinguishers are installed on different sides of the filling station which will basically detect any kind of fire if it is seen. Also, the area is monitored by 24-hour CCTV cameras. Another thing I liked here is that lanes have been created in a row to enter and exit this filling station so that no kind of car can come here and create chaos, so such steps have been taken. In fact, by taking this step, the cars can get their fuel by serial maintenance here very nicely. When we buy fuel for our motorcycle from this filling station, we liked it very much after talking to the staff here, they behaved very politely and provided maximum cooperation to everyone by serial maintenance to collect fuel in their cars.
