Today I'm veritably happy to offer my entry for the third week of the Steemit Learning Challenge Season 28. Being a savorer, I delight learning a new dish every week, and this time the subject is Chicken Kebab — Chicken Kebab.

Kebabs aren't only an consequential part of our traditional cuisine but also have their own identicalness in every function and feast. Chicken kebabs are prepped with many basic constituents and their soft, juicy and savory taste is veritably important liked by the eaters.


Prepare the Chicken Kebab recipe step by step and describe the detailed procedure with pictures. Must use your own pictures.

How to make Chicken Kebab

Step 1 Preparation of Dal

First I sopped the chickpeas for around four hours. When the dal accumulated well, I bathed it and drained the water.

Step 2 Cook the chicken and lentils

Add chicken, dal, ginger, garlic, turmeric, red chillies and green chillies in a visage and mix effortlessly. After adjoining two cups of water, I put the visage on medium heat.

Step 3 Stir well

After around forty minutes, both the lentils and the chicken were adequately browned.
I took the visage off the cookstove and let the admixture cool.

Step 4 Adding the spices

After chilling, add fried onion, egg, coriander, hot spices, black pepper and lemon juice.

Step 5 Blending

Put all the constituents in a blender and grind for a many seconds to form a smooth admixture but not too thin.

Step 6 Making the kebabs

After smoothly oiling my hands, I formed medium sized kebabs of the mixture.

Step 7 Frying Process

Heat oil in a wok and fry the kebabs on intermediate heat until golden on both sides.
The kebabs did not bust, did not burn just complete.
