I'm offering my Shake Kebab recipe as a participator in the Steemit Learning Challenge Season 28 Week 5 Kebab Challenge. Shake kebabs are a beloved in my house because they're cheap to form, experience astonishing and are comprehensive for guests. Today I'm demonstrating the step- by- step method with my personal photos( photos are comprehended in the post).

Cooking oil 1 cup

Prepare the Sheek Kebab recipe step by step and describe the detailed procedure with pictures. Must use your own pictures.

Step 1

Wash the chicken fluently, press out the water and settlings it in a bowl.

Step 2

Add gusto, garlic, red pepper, turmeric, coriander, cumin, black pepper, soy sauce, ginger and salt to the chicken.

Step 3
Blend all the spices freely and fluently with the chicken and strand and leaves it marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Now add capsicum and onion cubes and combine with light facet.

Step 5

Add flour and cornflour for enchaining and blend afresh.

Step 6

Soak the skewers in water instead so they suit not flame while frying.

Step 7

Put the inured vegetable( green capsicum) on the skewer first, also the chicken, onion and the rest of the vegetables in that disposal.

Step 8

Heat oil in a wok and fry the skewers on intermediate fire until bright.

Present the Sheek Kebab recipe in an attractive and well-decorated way. Use your username and date written on the paper.

Take out the kebab and commemorate it on a tissue blank to soak the redundant oil.I served the shake kebab on a beautiful plate with salad, raita and lemon. A piece of paper with the plate has my username and date written on it.

Do you have previous experience making Sheek kebabs? What challenges do you face during making Sheek kebab?

I have made shake kebabs before. The biggest challenge is that the kebabs do not break and cook evenly. The right amount of binding and medium heat solves this problem.
