Learning challenge s23w4: "I Love My Body /plank shoulder tap and Burpee".
Imagine Blessing following the exercise learning challenge till week4 , my friends you can do it , my motivation is the end result I'm getting after carrying out this exercise every week. Last week own got me down for complete two days before I could move well again. Trust me this week is friendly and I did it . Come with me as I entertain you.
Shoulder tap.
This is an exercise that is done by laying down in a plank position,push down my hands down while tapping the shoulder alternatively .
We have uncountable benefits of shoulder tap which includes.
- Strengthening of the muscle making us stable.
- It's very easy to perform.
- It's for the muscles at the shoulder and arms areas.
It improves overall coordination and balance control.
Burpee
This exercise is a combination of different exercises that's stretching in form of plank, squat,jump and push up.
It was very challenging but strengthened my nerves. It also helped me sweat out heavily.

Weight loss. If this exercise is done properly it burns good amount of fats which helps in weight loss.
It helps the heart to function properly.
It helps the overall well-being of human life.
It requires no artificial equipment, in order words it can be done at your comfort place.

Which of these programs is the most difficult for you and what exactly makes it difficult. How did you overcome the difficulty.
Burpee is the most difficult, I was doing it casually without taking the proper position until I watch the example given, when I now got the right thing to do I knew it wasn't what I was thinking.
Why it was difficult is the combination of squat and the push up that are involved. I overcome the challenge by watching others perform their own. Then I was moved to do it right.
What is your overall feelings at the end of these programs?
I'm getting used to simple exercises like this, I waited till today to see if I can feel the pain or discomfort I felt the last time, I didn't feel anything I'm good to go. I don't have any pain. Though on the day of this exercise I felt a little hurt on my palm as I was trying to push up from the ground because I didn't put on gloves.
I'm loving my body through this exercise, I can't wait to see the next week will bring. Till then I'm inviting @realitytrend @graceleon @stef1
