California Fried Chicken and Pastry Shop (CFC) Location This special restaurant is located next to the Flower Market on the right side of Shahbagh Square in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. 10 Maulana Bhashani Road Dhaka 1000. The design of this special restaurant from the outside seems very attractive and beautiful to me. For example, it is surrounded by the full beauty of special red, yellow and green colors. Moreover, anyone can easily recognize this restaurant from the outside, as this special signboard has a sample of it. Even from a distance, this special colorful outlet is very eye-catching.
The interior design is clean, with bright lighting and displays displaying special dishes, including restaurant stickers. You will see the staff addressing you as "sir" and the customers being very cooperative.
You will see it as soon as you enter. Special chairs are arranged so that you can sit comfortably and choose a place worthy of having a peaceful meal.
There is a place to wipe the feet on the floor, which is part of the cleanliness. Also, the interior furniture is decorated with a glimmer of lighting on the display top. There is a special glass door system with a hot food preparation system, so the staff here can easily transfer food from one place to another.
Moreover, the interior of the restaurant has a comfortable seating area with eight more chairs and a table. It is a suitable place for everyone to sit, including your loved one or your family. This restaurant is very convenient as there is seating on both sides. I sat in the front because I was alone and it seemed like a suitable place for me.
When I go to other restaurants, I usually order burgers, fried chicken, sweets and many more. But here I liked a special dish, which is chicken bun. This dish seemed very new to me, so I decided to eat it.
This special chicken bun has soft and fluffy chicken inside. It has a delicious taste that is slightly sweet and spicy. The aroma of the chicken and bun is full of butter and milk. This chicken bun is fragrant and quite spongy.
The food looks very beautiful and this bun is very special and different from other bun rotis. You will notice a lot of lighting on the bun. This food is really one of the special hot and fresh food. Here usually the price of one piece chicken bun is 100 taka steemit price 23.15 You can see it in the Bread and Buns menu.
This particular restaurant has a combination of delicious food and price. For example, a chicken bun is a really great combination compared to the clean environment and the quality of this particular food. The price is not too high. I will arrange a price list below. I will highlight some of my favorite interesting dishes with their prices. However, the quantity of food is much better compared to the price. I was only able to eat half the chicken. And I took half as a parcel for my younger brother. The quality of the food and the quantity are within the range.
However, you can get some food here even on a low budget. For example, just at the entrance, you will see a butter bun on the display for only 45 taka. It is very delicious with butter, so you can encourage yourself to eat this special food even on a low budget.
Both service and observation have become an interesting culture for me. Because every week I have to go to some place to visit and observe. I think it is one of the great experiences of life.
I really liked the behavior of the special staff here. Addressing them as sir and preparing the special food quickly was a great motivational part. There are usually four staff members here. One person maintains the cash and plays an important role in motivating the customers. Apart from that, two people are kept in the interior area including the tables to prepare the food quickly.
As soon as I entered, sir, tell us what you need and what your favorite food is. This seemed very important to me. Moreover, they ordered quickly and served the food to the table. Seeing their speed, it seemed like there was an opportunity to save time here.
However, the chairs were very comfortable and the table setting was very pleasant. It wasn't crowded enough for anyone to sit here and enjoy their favorite food for a long time. But the beautiful skill I saw in serving food seemed to me to be a fascinating time saver.
If a customer wants a certain food, and if that food is not available, they come up with a solution that exactly matches the taste of some other food. They encourage customers to eat such foods. This is how they maintain their beautiful solutions and strategies to motivate customers.
The tables, chairs and seating areas including the table corners were very clean. And there was no dirt on the floor, instead there was a mop to wipe the dirt. Which helps keep the environment clean here.
However, I really liked the dining environment because the color and cleanliness of the tables and the special practical products were part of the noticeable and comfortable feeling. Here you will be comfortable eating any food you like.
Food places are a place where I really think environmental control is very important. However, since I ate chicken buns in this restaurant and entered a CFC restaurant for the first time, I think the chicken bun was the best among my favorites. However, I will try the French fries another day. The thing I don't like is that the prices of these pastries here are very high, which seems to me to be a meaningful dislike.
Since I saw a family with a child sitting at the next table and they were eating peacefully. I think it is a good and delicious restaurant according to the opinions of friends or family members, seeing their favorite dishes. However, their opinions were very good with their favorite delicious dishes.
But in the future I would like to go back to this particular restaurant because the food there has a quality and a fun feel. But next time I will go with my family and taste the food there. Then I will choose this particular French fry dish.
