The Diary Game: Attending church Service And Chilling At Home(1-2-2026)

Hello everyone, my name is Purity Okon but my user name on steemit is @ purityy. Sundays mean different things to different people, to some enjoyment day where they go out,.chill with friends or with their families, to some it means a day to rest, iron clothes arranged things that will be use for the new week, to me it means a day to refresh and start the new week And going to church to give thanks to God for sustaining me all through the previous week, I wake up this morning strong and refresh, I did my morning devotion and start preparing for church.

I went to church late today, but I wake up early, I don't know is it that time is fast or am the one that is always slow, because I woke up early today but went to church late, though when I wake up I was still lying on the bed till 8 am before standing up, fetched water and had my bath, I was still dressing up when rain started drizzling, I had to wait for it to stop before I leave the house, I got to church the service have long started, because they were done with Sunday school.

Today been the first Sunday and the first day of the month we do observe fasting and also today was communion service, we do communion every first Sunday, today's service was inspiring and filled with the holy spirit, I had a nice time today in God's presence, after church I had some nice time with other choir members,

chatting and snapping pictures, on my way home I had to branch one shop and buy foodstuffs I will be using to cook my pepper soup yam, have not been to the market that is why have been buying things one one and I don't like it, but I have to manage for the time.

I was so hungry today in church to the point that I didn't hear everything they said in church today,. when I got home I just off my clothes and enter kitchen, I peel the yam, after that I discovered my pots and plates are dirty, I had to wash the dishes, after that I start cooking, while cooking one of my neighbor asked me to help her plait her hair so she can use wig and I did that, by the time I finished my food was done and ready to be served, I eat to my satisfaction and sleep after eating, I wake up later in the evening had my bath and start reading for my test tomorrow morning. I didn't do much today I was just resting and planning how my week will be. Good bye steemmate.
