Making process
Step- 1
First, I will break the coconut in two. To extract the water from inside it. Moreover, by dividing the coconut in two, I will be able to cut the coconuts into beautiful pieces. Which will make my coconut pudding more attractive. While dividing the coconut in two and extracting the coconut water, some caution must be taken so that your hands are not injured.
Step- 2

Now I will add sugar and agar agar powder to the coconut water and mix it. If anyone wants, you can increase or decrease the amount of sugar according to your taste.
Step- 4
Now I will put a pot on the stove and cook the coconut water mixed in it for about 5 minutes. I will keep stirring the coconut water continuously with a spoon. When it becomes sticky, I will remove it from the stove.
Step- 5
Now I will pour the cooked coconut water into a bowl. Then I will add the pre-shredded coconut flakes in it. Then I will cool it and keep it in the refrigerator for three to four hours. Now I will pour the coconut pudding on another plate. Then I will serve my coconut pudding cold.

If I get a chance to make one of my Steemit friends test this coconut pudding I made. Then I would like to share it with my Sri Lankan friend @m-fdo. Because coconuts are cultivated in large quantities in Sri Lanka (12 percent of the total agricultural production is coconut). I believe she will have a very good idea about the various dishes made from coconut. This is the first time I have made this coconut pudding, so she can help me in cooking it by giving me various directions.
