THE DAIRY GAME:

Hello everyone
I'm so excited to share with you how my sunday went

I woke up this morning feeling so excited because it's Sunday and one of my favourite days of the week, aside the fact that the next day is Monday and all busy and stressful, Sundays are my favourite. I get to meet a lot of my friends in church and also feed my soul and mind with the word of God. I get to dance, sing, praise, and just love on God for taking me throughout the whole week, bringing me and my family once again to a new week.

First of all, I woke up at 5:45 am this morning , I said my short prayer and rushed to the bathroom where I had my bath and brushed my teeth.
Ironed my church wear, which I had selected the previous night and got ready for church.
Service starts at 7: 00 am and I have to rush because I was getting late for service.

Walking down the road, to take a "yellow yellow " thus a tricycle which is the most common means of transport in Tamale town. I had to wait for over 10 minutes before I could get one because it was still very early in the morning. Most of the riders must possibly still be in bed.
I finally had one that took me to a traffic roundabout where I have to alight and take a second yellow yellow to another junction and walk for about 5 minutes to the auditorium.

Service was wonderful. Today, being the first Sunday of the month, per the activities of The Church Of Pentecost, every first Sunday of the month is a communion day. So today was a communion Sunday.
We sang songs of the Cross, listening to preaching on The topic " empowered and unleashed to live my spiritual life in a secular world "
The message was centred on how Daniel, who was captured and enslaved, still stood to his grounds about his values and principles as a child of God. He faced so many oppositions and was thrown into the lions den but amass all the struggles he never compromised.
Finally, he was able to influence the whole kingdom, and all came to believe and revere the God of Daniel
We were encouraged to not give up trying to do what is right no matter what.
After I closed from church, I met a good friend of mine who walked me home.
I got home freshed up and rested a little.

Later, I was tasked to go shop for ribbens 🎀 for my little niece
I went to a shopping mall called China Mall. I got the ribbon, and I used the opportunity to get other stuff for myself
I passed by a friend's place to pick my bag from her and head back home.
It was already late in the evening so I had my dinner and took my bath.
I had to iron for the week, so I did my ironing, said my night prayers, and went to bed

Another successful day down, praying and hoping for the gift of another dawn
