THE DAIRY GAME: My first time making spring rolls 😋

I'm delighted to come your way again to share my day with you.

Today is especially exciting because I have tried something really new and beautiful today, and I want to share it with you.

I have watched a number of Youtube videos on how to make spring rolls, and so today I decided to try it out and guess what 🤭, it came out perfect.

So I woke up this morning, and I was so excited , as usual, I prepared my nieces for school, brushed my teeth, took my bath, and said my morning prayers and affirmations.

I planned to try this recipe I learnt on YouTube, so after my morning routines, I went to the market to get the ingredients ready.
I bought wheat flour, vegetables and beef
The wheat flour/ all-purpose flour is used for the wrapper and the vegetables and the beef for the filling.

Firstly, in a bowl,I added 2 cups of all-purpose flour , 3 tablespoons cornstarch, and ¼ teaspoon salt
And mixed the dry ingredients together
I then added a cup of water and mixed well
I added a little more water till it was exactly the consistency I was looking for.

With a pan on fire, with a very low heat, I added 2 tablespoons, the mixture, and spread it
Turn it on the other side, and my wrapper was ready.
I repeated the same process until all the mixture was finished

On another bowl, i chopped my vegetables to smaller pieces
After thoroughly washing them.
I chopped the beef also into very small pieces.
I placed another pan on fire and added little oil
Allowed it to heat a bit and added a pinch of salt and seasoning, and added my chopped beef.
Allowed to summer for 5-10 minutes and added the chopped vegetables.
Also, I allowed it to summer for a few minutes, and my fillings were ready.

Then, to the next step, I pick the wrappers one after the other and add the vegetables and beef sauce, and wrap them
Until all is done.
Then heated oil again on fire and fried them all
My spring rolls were ready for consumption 😋

I'm so happy even though it was my first time trying it,it came out so nice and delicious 😋
I enjoyed it with my nieces and other friends of mine, and they all loved it .
