Hidden Worry, Unspoken Regret, Silent Remorse
Story
A few days ago I and several of my friends went for date palm juice. From the outside, the whole moment was joyous full of laughter, stories, jokes, and the banter of familiar people. But in spite of all this, a strange heavy feeling was working inside me. Even sitting with friends, I felt as if I was not fully there. The accumulated fatigue of the last few days, the ambiguity of my life and the difficulty of not saying anything were spinning in my head.As soon as the sweet taste of date palm juice hit the mouth, a comparison suddenly came to mind life is just like that. Although it seems sweet, normal and beautiful from the outside, sometimes bitter questions and negative thoughts accumulate inside.

It was nice to see the smiling faces of friends, but at the same time the emptiness inside was becoming more and more apparent. I was wondering why I always keep my feelings under control, why I don't have the courage to tell anyone. That day I realized that maybe my biggest mistake was trying to bear all the hardships alone. As written in the pages of this diary, it seems that acknowledging one's feelings and negative thoughts is the first liberation. Not all problems are solved yet.But at least my mind is a little lighter by writing my thoughts.
Thought
That day I understood that people can be alone even in a crowd of people. How easily we hide our feelings behind smiles and stories. Even if everything looks fine on the outside, there is an accumulation of anxiety, unspoken pain and struggle with oneself. Like the sweetness of palm juice, some moments in life offer momentary relief, but questions remain. However, writing down these thoughts seems,At least one step can be taken towards self understanding.
Lessons
This experience taught me that one should not deny one's feelings even in moments of joy. Trying to stay strong all the time, we often harbor our inner pain. Small moments can provide temporary relief, but true relief requires expressing your feelings. It is not strength to bear all the hardships alone; to speak when necessary,Writing or accepting one's weaknesses is the real learning.
Mind setup, take a favorite book, continue reading on a topic and write in detail about that topic after finishing the reading. Let us know what book you are reading and take a picture.
Book name: মোরা বড় হতে চাই/ I want to grow up
Topic name - পড়ালেখা আর পড়ালেখা / Study and study
When I take the book in my hands, after clearing my mind and separating myself from the surrounding noise, I feel one thing very clearly this book is not only for reading, but for thinking. Reading "I want to grow up " seems to be basically knowledge, education,A deep call to history and self identity. In these parts, the author repeatedly brings up the word "reading" but not just reading textbooks, but reading life, reading history, reading people. He showed that the great people of the world Shakespeare, Newton, Einstein, Iqbal, Nazrul, Fazlul Haque all of them developed themselves through education. Education is not a luxury here, to survive it,A condition to advance and lead.

Read, read and read these three admonitions are not just slogans, but a philosophical declaration. The author shows that education is not just about getting a job. Many uneducated people drive cars, many educated people drive too but the real job of education is to make people. Morality, responsibility, compassion these come from deep knowledge, not just certificates.Another thing that moved me deeply the examples of suffering for the sake of knowledge. Some sold watches because of poverty, some spent days in the library, some changed the world with little formal education. Reading these, it seems, how many excuses we actually make for not studying. The biggest realization after reading this book is that knowledge is the real wealth. Money, power, technology all are transitory, but knowledge keeps people alive for ages. The more a nation reads, the more questions it learns; And being able to ask questions is the first step to liberation.
This is a story, and every participant must enter the story. You need to think about what mistakes the characters in the story made, or what they should have done, and write down your thoughts.
As the country suffers from famine as a result of civil war, the city's powerful factions engage in power struggles among themselves. The price of this struggle has to be paid by ordinary people—in food, clothing and insecure lives. In such a dire situation, Kibria Ahmed came up as a voice of protest from the common people. He builds resistance by building the unity of the people and negotiates with the powerful to ensure the minimum means of survival. These negotiations resulted in an agreement to sell food and clothing at low prices and equal distribution. Aid started pouring in from various countries, as a result of which some hope spread among the people. But Harun Chowdhury, an influential businessman of the city, broke this hope.
Despite being part of the deal, he was overcome by greed and started selling food and clothes at high prices. When the people failed to pay the price, Aaron took over their land and possessions. As a result, famine became more severe, children began to die of starvation, and society gradually collapsed. Just then the plague broke out and Aaron's only son was infected.Aaron wants to give all his wealth to save the child, but the doctors refuse it, because the society has turned its moral back on him. This incident proves that if one abandons humanity, one day power and wealth will become worthless. The story teaches us that standing by people in times of crisis is true strength. And greed and betrayal ultimately lead to destruction.
