Welcome to my belog ,how are you all.i am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan .I hope you fine too.Tidsy here I am participating this interesting cooking competition.I am very happy to be a part of this engagement challenge.Thisvis the last week of this engagement challenge The Topic of this week is fish kebab.Fish kebabs have the most unique and different textures and are very delicious.Todsu I am follow my teacher recipe.

Let's move towards and starts

Things we need

Chilli powder1tsp
Turmeric powder1 tsp
Ginger powder1tsp

Procedure with step by step

To make the fish kebabs, I first made a cup of chickpeas.Wash the chickpeas well and soak them in water for four hours so that the lentils soften properly.

Then I took a frying pan and added the lentils to it.afyer that I add red chilli,salt,onion,cumin powder,gram masala powder,cardamom and add two cup of water and covered it for 20 minutes.

When the lentils were cooked well, I turned off the flame and ground the lentils.

On the other hand .I wash the fish properly and add ginger garlic paste ,kebab masala in fish .I coated the spices well on the fish.

Later, I turned on the flame and poured oil into the pan. When it was hot on medium flame, I fried the fish pieces in it until they turned golden brown.When the fish pieces were nicely golden on both sides, I removed them to a plate.

After that, I fish pieces add with Dal mixture and mixed in blender jar and blended it.

The bater is ready.then I add in chopped onion ,green chilli,coriander leaves ,salt and mixed with my hands.after that I add in 1 eggs .mixed well properly.

After that I press my hand and given the proper shape of kebab .then I made kebab all the kebab sizes are equal.keep it in plate.

Heat the oil in pen .frying kebab one by one.frying both the sides .

So guys ,This is my final presentation .I hope you like it it's very delicious .The taste is amazing .Children and adults all ate it with great gusto and enjoyed it very much.

I didn't have any problems and I made this recipe very easily.all the process are very easy mention my lovely teacher very well.so follow this recipe.

This whole series of one kebab was going on for six weeks and it was very interesting.We learned how to make different types of kebabs. Make, eat and enjoy.I made tawa kebab which was very delicious. I had never tried it before. It was a great experience.You explained all the steps with a very easy method and we did not face any difficulty in making any of the recipes every week.This week shared the recipe for fish kebab, this is also a very fantastic recipe.I tried fish kebabs a while ago, but they didn't turn out right for me. When I made the kebabs, they smelled of salt, so the kids didn't eat them with enthusiasm.But the fish kebab recipe you shared this week is very good. I like it very much. The spices are used very well and appropriately, which also removes the fishy smell. And the result is very good in front of the bun when I made it.It was a wonderful experience learning and making kebab recipes, and I want you to share your recipes with us next season as well.
