The Diary Game: At Home For Salah Holiday (28/05/2026)

Hi everyone, welcome to another diary session with yours truly @ruthyvelly. In today's diary session, I will be sharing with you how I spent my Salah holiday.

Today's was actually fun filled because of the Salah celebration the Muslims did. I started my day with prayers and workouts when I woke up in the morning. After that, I went out and got some noodles my sister and I had as breakfast. When I went outside, it's wasn't a small thing that I saw. Cows were everywhere, both the ones that has been killed and the ones still alive.

Then when I got home, I quickly prepared the noodles, even though i didn't cook it with much ingredients because there was no money. I dished it out when I was done, and because my sister has been disturbing me to make her hair, we hurried in our eating so that we could finish on time. Meanwhile, my sister told me that while I was away, one of our neighbors brought some cow meat for us, inorder to celebrate Salah with her.

After eating, we had some rest then proceeded in making the hair. Of a truth, I had no strength in me to do the hair, but I had no choice than to force myself and do because I had no choice and I also needed to please my sister. In the process of making the hair, we rested uncountless time, coupled with my nephew's disturbance that was attended to.

When the hair was done but was remaining trimming and setting in hot water, because it was already getting late, my sister rushed to the market and got some things we prepared for dinner. She parboiled the rice while I grounded the things we used for stew and also cooked it. As both the rice and stew was still on fire, I quickly trimmed her hair and used hot water on it. When we were done, we ate.
